Food was cold. Not even room temperature but cold. Service was fine. No time to turn around and get the food corrected. Waste of money.

The food was horrible. Buns on the burgers were soggy, onion rings were under cooked but grease needed to be changed. Service was awesome though.

Went in with my family on a Saturday afternoon. They were not busy whatsoever. No patrons in the dining room and maybe 3 cars in the drive thru. The dining room was a total disaster. Food all over the floor, tables not wiped down and supplies not stocked in the dining area. We had to ask for cup lids and instead of them being like "oh we need to stock those" ...they just said "how many lids do you need" 😳 🤔 The food was sloppy and the bacon on our burgers was extremely tough to bite into. Tasted like the microwavable bacon instead of authentic bacon. I get it, you get what you pay for. But Red Robin charges less and has fresher food. Won't be coming back to this location. The staff was standing around talking 90% of the time instead of directing their attention where it was needed.

I came by a week ago and placed 2 online orders. When I got there, the manager was coughing all over the store. On the bags, over the fryer, did not cover his cough, wash his hands and also did not wear gloves. It was absolutely disgusting. I left without my food because I didn't want my family to get sick. I called the store and left a message about my concerns. No one returned my call or refunded my money. I contacted burger king online and they can't refund me because the store is individually owned.
Unless you're interested in a food born illness, I would not eat here.

There was mold in my drink... When I told the Manager, she did not say sorry, look at the machine, turn it off or anything, only offered to full my cup behind the counter as if mold from a different source is preferable. Because of the complete disregard for the soda machine I did not feel comfortable eating the food. Absolutely horrible manager and store.

No clue how the food was I stood I. Line 10 minutes to get to the front of the line then stood there 10 more minutes just for some one to tell me it was going to be another 10 to 15 minutes before they could take my order. I'm a truck driver I cannot go through drive through so for them to waist my entire break just because they wanted to ignore the dining room till drive through was clear then still ignore dining room once drive through was clear for another 10 to 15 minutes is just ridiculous I will never go back there and I hope that store gets shut down.

I always like to go inside to order ( I feel like less food mistakes, my just be me) and this BK is just amazing, they are courteous and very welcoming. They dont rush my order and I don't think they have messed my order up more than 3-4 times in a few years. Absolutely Amazing, Whoop Whoop ?

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! Placed a mobile order boyfriend got there was told to “pulled around”pulled around sat there for 30 minutes nothing! All these other cars was getting their food but him ,went inside just to find out they neevr even send the order through the kitchen!!!!

Guy at the drive through was awesome. I never expect a drive through burger to look good but my burger came out looking straight out I f a commercial. 10/10 this sprite hits different too great citrus flavor. Like this experience was awesome. High five.

The store had amazing customer service. All three employees I encountered had a spirit of helpfulness and service. They were all very kind and seemed genuinely happy to serve you. The store was very clean and organized.
