For one they’re terrible nobody gives any fresh food. The service is awful most of the people who answer over the intercom are weird. Never had a good experience whatsoever. I always loved Burger King until I went to this location and then it changed my perspective. I think Burger King is old news. I think they’re fading out and I think it’s because the service is terrible. Food is terrible. They don’t hire managers or employees that are worth a damn nowadays. I think they just have nobody. They are better off just hiring a robot if I’m being honest

23 minutes to get large fries and mozzarella sticks with one car in front of me. I don’t know what happened but whatever changed recently needs to be remedied because that’s just terrible. And because it took so long the fries were cold. Come on!

Placed a mobile order for a bunch of food checked in at the front counter. They stuffed all my food in one bag. They put my fries in the bottom of the bag which were smashed when I got home. My burger was smashed too. I checked in with them and waited for a good amount of time. They “forgot about me”. Last time I was there they gave me a single whopper when I paid for a double.
