The food was delicious and the sample lady was very nice. She allowed me a second sample and so I ordered the largest California sub. The owner actually pulls his weight and works the line here. That shows real leadership. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

This Charleys used to be my favorite. I work at the Mall so I eat here often. Yesterday I went in and was told I cannot get my Mall discount from a girl who never has checked me out before I’m assuming she was the manager on shift. Either she did not understand that I was asking for the Mall discount or whatever I asked her like three times and she said I could not use it. The general manager always lets me use it every single time.

This joint has incredible cheesesteaks that give you an authentic taste of my city, Philadelphia. They give you fantastic fries and steak sauce, malt vinegar, cayenne seasoning, and hot sauce. I recommend eating here before you are done shopping.

Food is always on point. Definitely the best subs around here.
They are automatically adding tips to your order. They bipass the tip screen and then say it is a glitch in the system and they can’t refund. They added $7 tip on my $32 order when I hit NO TIP
