Went to the “Grand Re-opening” November 13. What a disappointment!! Minute I walked in, I felt ignored & treated coldly! Bunch of management & city workers of Cottleville there & all they did was stare at you & act like they were the reason for this re-opening! I was relieved when I left & do not intend on going back! I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A restaurants & this was the WORST by far!!

I saw a lot of managers personnel but they all hang out and not making sure the tables get clean up.
One person is working on the register inside. She worked very hard while one management sit down with her laptop and several others walking around instead of cleaning up the tables. Maybe the work is beyond their position as manager. Customer didn’t feel welcome when you have a hard time to find a clean tables to sit and eat.

Just wanted to say this and mention the gentleman’s name… I believe his name is Mark but he is a manager there I think with white hair older guy. Anyway my wife is in the hospital and it’s personal issues but needed to pick up food for the kiddos and me. Once I ordered the food and was ready to pay, he said don’t worry this one will be on me!!! Just wanted to say god bless your heart sir and wish you the best there at chick fillet!!

Using half the drive thru for mobile app only is not a good solution. It has slowed down the normal drive thru service. Sad to see something that worked perfectly being changed to have less employees.

Not a good place to eat for my husband who has PTSD. The kids play place is closed and that brings all the loud kids into the dinning room where they sound even louder and made it almost impossible to not be triggered by the noise. The food was just there, nothing was enjoyable.
