For a place called Chillax the aesthetics seemed more like a car dealership showroom than a down to earth place to kick back. Place will appeal to locals who don't want to travel to the city for an actual brewpub.

5's across the board.Amazing weather, awesome food and the employees were great.You walk in and order food to the left and drinks to the right... Mixed drinks were perfect and the food was??????...The 10 wings and fries with Jamaican sauce and Hot Honey were legit . The fries had a Cajun seasoning on them and the wings were on point. The honey mustard sauce they serve I could drink with a straw it was that good. Just a great vibe and the owners were there working and talking to guest. In a day where customer service and product has gone down hill this place rocked it....

I had been wanting to check this place out for a while, finally made it. When we entered, it was explained that we should go find a table, then come back up order our food, and if we wanted something from the bar, order from them separately. I came in knowing that the Vails Brothers cooked the food but didn't know the setup was like this. Crazy. I'm here now. Food bill right at $40 . Chicken was not hot, a little under season, had been sitting. We had 6 wings, fries/roll and 6 shrimp, fries/roll. Hubby had gotten the drinks from the bar $25. No condiments on the tables, basically self-service at restaurant prices. Also, put some shades or something at those garage doors. It was cold that evening, and the draft was felt. The customers might stay longer. I wanted to love it, but I'm going to pass. Yes, I realize rent is probably higher in that area, but get a different system.

I went to try Chillax for the first time today. Not a great first impression. Took them over 30 minutes to make one Nashville hot chicken sandwich at a slow time of day. Two people ordered after me and received their food first.I requested no bun on the order as I am on the keto diet. When I did finally receive my food it was on a bun and there was no hot sauce on the sandwich.Positive take away, the atmosphere is alright.

Food prices are expensive and they automatically take out tips at the restaurant part. Then they only have craft beer. Not everyone wants just craft beer. No Modelo!

I usually have a great time coming to this bar, but today was a little different. I was sitting on the corner of the bar because I didn’t want to take up space today. I didn’t want to drink, but I also didn’t want to be in the house so I decided to go to Chillaxx, I ordered a few waters and food while I was talking to A Friend The owner of the black owned business. Chillaxx came up and told me I have been here for a while and have been taking up space at the bar. Meanwhile, I haven’t moved from this one spot the whole time she then proceeded to say. I need to start a tab I responded with. I did a lot of drinking yesterday and I didn’t want to drink again today and drive, so I was fine with just water. then I expressed to her that I really like the place and she told me if I like it, then I would buy a drink I laughed it off because I was uncomfortable and didn’t know what else to say. I believe if somebody wants to go somewhere and enjoy the music and TVs that you have to offer without drinking, they should be able to. You have no signs up, saying there is a limited time you can sit in one spot, I also believe telling somebody they need to buy a drink after they expressed to. They don’t want to drink today is very unprofessional.
