Crumbl - Cottleville

I ordered 2 packs of the minis with a variety and was excited to surprise my family and my sister’s family with these BUT was so disappointed after paying and adding a tip that 3 of the six I chose were out. Nothing was said when ordering. She had the wrong flavors in my box and it took nearly 20 minutes for my order. I was the only one in the store at the time. Another customer came in and had mentioned they should perhaps give me a big cookie in that flavor instead of a box with similar flavors. I agree. Paying over $26 with tip for 9 small cookies is outrageous. They couldn’t refund me or swap out a big cookie for a small? Just disappointed in the service. Now my kids were still excited and the cookies we got were delicious but not worth the price. I would appreciate a refund of some kind because I did not go just to get chocolate chip.

I drove 20 minutes just to pick up my order and there’s a sign saying they donated all the cookies !?! What ? Turn the online orders off !!!!! I already paid for my food and now I wasted gas just to come and see a sign that basically said welp TikTok is right we gave away all our cookies.

I purchased the “brookie” cookie last week and was very disappointed, the cookie was underdone and inedible. I emailed the owners of this location and they stated that this is the way corporate intended for the cookie to be prepared which was a lie, I got the cookie again from the location in St.charles and it was perfect! The owners of this location just stopped responding via email and I was just forced to pay for an underdone $6 cookie. And on top of that I ordered this cookie for curbside pickup and it took a crew member 10 minutes to bring it to my vehicle, but the store marked the order as if they had already given it to me. This use to be my favorite crumbl in the St. Louis Area. I would highly recommend going to the St.charles location.

Tasty treats, service?

We ordered four cookies: the Strawberry Cookie, Oreo Cookie, Birthday Cookie, and the Toffee Cake. Each one was absolutely amazing—rich flavors, perfect textures, and a real treat for me and my two daughters! Crumbl consistently delivers on quality, and we loved every bite.

However, the service on December 2nd around 6 PM left a bit to be desired. The middle-aged woman taking orders seemed impatient as we decided between two cookies, even though there was no line behind us. It made the experience less enjoyable and felt unnecessarily rushed.

To the Crumbl leadership team (CEO, COO): Please ensure all staff are trained on the importance of friendly and welcoming customer service. It's just as vital as the quality of your cookies.

Overall, the cookies were fantastic, but a little more kindness at the counter would make the experience perfect!
