I went to the bakery on short notice for a birthday cake. They couldn't make it on time but advised me they had some in their freezer I could choose from. They had what I wanted, wrote something on it for me, and even held it aside for me to pick up the next day. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Thank you so

I called your Bakery department this morning at 10am and spoke to Margaret. I needed to order 168 cupcakes for a work party tomorrow at 10am. I know this is SO last minute but I have to tell you Margaret was a ROCKSTAR and handled it like a true professional! She could've been rude to me due to the last minute request and rejected my order, like Schnucks ALWAYS does, but instead we had a great conversation & she provided exceptional customer service! Top-notch! Way to go! I know where I will be placing my monthly cupcake orders at- with Margaret!
We've had these cakes several times and they never disappoint. Prices are extremely reasonable and the cakes are delicious as always. Our favorites are the Chocolate, Red Velvet and Carrot flavors but we've had them all and they all are delicious. We will definitely be coming back many more times, thanks! :)
