Unfair Treatment at Domino’s – Police Called Over Pizza Customization - 4167 N St Peters Pkwy, St Peters, MO 63304
On Feb 17, 2025 I ordered a **large 3-topping pizza** from this Domino’s location. My request was straightforward: - **One half**: *Full pepperoni* (no other toppings). - **Other half**: *Full chicken and pineapple* (both toppings combined on that side).
This meant **no extra toppings**—just moving the chicken and pineapple (which would’ve been split across the whole pizza) entirely to one half, leaving the other half with only pepperoni. Instead of clarifying or accommodating this logical rearrangement, the staff insisted it required an extra charge. When I calmly explained the math (same total toppings, just rearranged), they accused me of being rude, refused service, and escalated the situation by **calling the police**, resulting in an unjust trespass warning.
To make matters worse, earlier that day, I called to confirm the order and was shouted at and told *“not to call back.”* As a Black customer, I’m deeply troubled by how quickly this store resorted to weaponizing law enforcement over a pizza customization dispute. This is not about toppings—it’s about respect, communication, and systemic bias.

This location is inconsistent and has the worst manager. Robert (A.K.A. John Doe, that is what he tells customers his name is when they call and ask to speak to him) has horrible customer service and satisfaction skills. The fact that a customer has to call and practically beg him to make sure the food is not burnt and that a pizza has more than 7 pepperonis on it, is ridiculous. Tonight, we ordered 2 pastas on top of other items, and both pastas combined equalled 1 container. Both had dry rubbery noodles. Why you ask? Because they were burnt because there was almost zero sauce on them!! The GM for this location needs to consider replacing this guy. This is not my first bad experience at this location under "John Doe's" management. Do better!!

Honestly was very disappointed in my service, the food I ordered wasnt correct. Ordered Mac and Cheese, got cheese dip and garlic twists, ordered my pizza well done and it wasnt, i know theyre limited on drivers but a nearly 90 minute wait is insane when I placed it, it said originally 45 minutes.

Pizza was good, I was excited to actually have my request for extra sauce met since other locations seem to miss that! But the cuts were almost nonexistent so I had to re-cut it myself. The pizza was a little overcooked but I like that so no issue. Some people may not be into it though.

Walked in to pick up my order and the employee just sat there I. The back on his phone. Said excuse me didn’t even look up . Then opened the front door again so the bell would go off, didn’t even look up then proceeded to yell excuse me two more times to just be ignored . Stood there until another employee walked I from the back . Terrible service!!! Do better

I understand a place being busy and getting behind. What I don’t understand is being 45 mins late to a scheduled delivery and hanging the phone up when we call.
Without a doubt one of the worst experiences. I will not order dominoes again. I don’t expect a 5 star dining experience but a little communication and honesty goes a long way.

Made an order at 11pm and this is the second time this happens to me at this location if you order an hour before they close or even earlier they will cancel your order at 12 even though we called to make sure everything was okay with the order and delivery since we knew it was a bit late they told us 15 min and order just never arrived

I ordered online and never received anything. I called the store but just get automated advertising message and could not speak to a person. So I’ll just dispute charge with my credit card since was not even a way to talk to any person to issue a refund.
Daniel, I recognized him as a great employee! Food was great, hot and made quickly when I ordered! 10/10 they have great staff here at this location, clean store, and the service was wonderful! Will be ordering here from now on.
Parking: There's a lot of parking, few spaces directly in front of building and a bunch more on the side and past.
