Wanted to get donuts so I thought this was the place to be! As I walk in the employee said, "what do you want" as he actively threw away the donuts. I answered, "apparently not those donuts" as I started to walk to the door to get out of the place. He said wait as if the donuts suddenly have become edible and not refuse. Old time donuts said thanks for your business

This dunken has done a great job the dozens of times I've visited. I took off two stars because every single worker is indian, and that is statistically impossible to achieve without nepotism. Indians are notoriously nepotistic. I have friends who have worked in indian owned companies managed that way, and it is a very toxic practice. We have anti racism laws for a reason, so it is disappointing to see a place that is blatantly racist against non-indians.

I used to work at this Dunkin’ donuts and it’s really gone downhill. I know the way everything is supposed to be made and the way customer service works. i came through and the bacon on ny sandwich was completely raw. when i asked for a refund they refused to give me one. i asked if i could get something in place of the sandwich and they said no again. after saying no, the man at the window immediately started deflecting blame by saying, “it’s not my fault it’s not my fault”. save yourself the headache and go to starbucks

I originally had a 5 star review for this place but after my recent visit I wanted to reassess the review I gave last time. This place Used to be pretty great, quick service, respectable, etc. I asked 3 times for the Item I wanted through the speaker, a very simple cold brew with heavy cream. The first two times they asked for confirmation of "Coffee with sweet cream". I attempted to correct them twice, and they finally got it on the 3rd try. IMO that place is a pretty hard sell after giving Scooters right up the road a try.

I went to the drive thru and ordered a cold coffee and half a dozen donuts and they told me there were no donuts and when I went to the window they had a shelf full of donuts and they didn't want to sell them to me and they didn’t add sugar to my coffee even though I ask for 3 of sugar
