We just stopped and all the signs said open, all the signs are out, music is on, but she told us they were closing at 12:30 for Memorial Day and wouldn’t take our order. I was bragging to the people in our car how much better they were than all the chains popping up and how great the service was. Made me look silly. Now we’re off to a chain to get our drinks.

Ordered a Carmel latte- received a drink that tasted more like hot water than anything else. Not sure the machine wasn’t calibrated but it was awful. I drove straight to a different shop.

This is my all time favorite coffee shop! I will drive out of my way just to stop in for their coffee and breakfast burrito!
Absolutely love this place and the people who work here. I come here basically everyday to get my rave energy drinks. All the people that wait on me are so welcoming, wonderful energy, and have great customer service. That’s hard to come by nowadays! I always come back just for the employees! Give them raises they deserve it!!

I moved back to St.Louis after being away for years, so I was very determined to find a new coffee shop for my daily coffee in the morning and exit-11 was the best choice! The baristas are nothing but nice and you can tell they love their job! I’ve only had great experiences the past few months I’ve been going! They have so many great drink and food options, and the taste and quality is always so consistent! Exit-11 will definitely have me as a customer for a very long time!

The girls here are always soo nice sweet they always get me and my husband order right I get the vanilla wafer ice latte or white chocolate latte with a extra large with a extra white mocha pump and my husband gets the turtle latte with a extra caramel pump
