Made the trip to dine in. Checked online, it said dine in was open. It's Sept. 10, 2021, at 1:30pm and dine in is closed. I called at 11:30 and the phone was picked up then hung up.I tried to confirm the dining room was open, but to no avail.Still keeping the 4-stars because the Fazzolis at Midrivers is awesome.I was just a little disappointed I couldn't eat inside today.
The only reason I'm giving 3 stars and not 1 or 2 is due to the recent addition of gluten free pasta (which is pretty good). This location had one of the rudest workers I've encountered. The worker named Corey was rude the entire time and got upset with me when she forgot all of our drinks and even left one out after all was said and done. I would reccomend driving to another location to avoid this kind of treatment.
The customer service here is excellent. All of the workers have great attitudes and they’re always so kind. That’s something you don’t see everywhere. And the food is alway tasty and affordable.
