Potatoes were overly salty and uncooked. Toast was cold & no butter on it. They gave husband wrong sausage & waiter did not exchanging. Actually, our waiter was not a bit friendly

My wife had an egg sandwich and I had the healthy turkey omelet. Both were excellent. The service was fast and friendly and the room is attractively decorated and and always clean. The tables are separated far enough to have private discussions. Always love this place.

Been going there for years had 1 small issue that I shared my concern. I quickly received a follow up phone call from Chris Ross who was extremely polite and listened to my concern. He even followed up with a hand written letter and another apology what terrific customer service! Very impressed with measures they go through to provide excellent service.

We love first watch. However, since the team changed so did the experience. The kitchen has become exceptionally slower even to the point of taking 45 minutes to cook potatoes. We love the servers!!!! Danielle was wonderful today. Always kind and smiling.

BEST BREAKFAST FOOD!!!! I got the market hash delivered via door dash, and it was quite literally the best breakfast meal I’ve ever had. Their Togo boxes are good quirkily, as my food was delivered without any excess grease, and the presentation was great.

*Military Discount Policy*

I am disappointed to hear that this specific First Watch had started denying military discount to our veterans. As someone who is currently serving, I believe the decision to limit military discounts only to currently serving members, while excluding veterans and past service members, is short-sighted and potentially harmful to First Watch’s reputation.

Veterans have sacrificed years of their lives in service to our country, and their contributions *do not end* the day they take off the uniform.

Many businesses recognize this by extending the same courtesy to veterans as they do to active-duty members, acknowledging the lifelong impact of military service.

Restricting the discount may inadvertently send the message that veterans are less valued, despite the fact that their service and sacrifices helped secure the freedoms and opportunities we enjoy today. By including both active-duty and past military members, First Watch would demonstrate a deeper commitment to honoring all who have served, building goodwill within the military community and fostering customer loyalty.

Ultimately, extending the discount to veterans is not just a financial gesture it is a powerful statement of respect, gratitude, and inclusivity.
