Heat is out in the building, but when I went to this location back in the summer, the air was out!! Workers said the units are connected which of course makes sense - but why wasn't this HVAC equipment fixed back in the summer! Also, apparently both soda machines (one for drive-thru & one for inside customers) are not working! They are pouring soda from liter bottles - Thankfully the ice Dispensers are working! I feel for the workers! Seems to like the owner isn't taking care of the repairs!! Won't be back to this location until I know things have been fixed!

When me and my boyfriend came in, we were not greeted at all. All the employees seem to be trying to ignore us at the counter to deal with drive through. Took a good 5-7 minites before you guys decided to acknowledge us. When at the counter, one of your employee just stared at us, they did not greet us didn't say "how can I help you?" Just stood there with a nasty look on their face like they hated life. Then when we said our orders he was not listening at all had my boyfriend repeat himself multiple times. Still got my order wrong. I clearly stated no pickles and medium soda, we almost argued to get my cup because they were not listening that badly. And I got pickles which I hate. They looked like some short goth teenager, male looking. This person obviously doesn't care for the job or treating customers with bare minimum service. I hope I don't have to interact with this person again or I will have something to say to them. I only didn't because I was with someone. I know plenty of people who would love to have a job, they are clearly ungrateful for one.

The food was excellent the only issue I have with Freddy's is the fact they have a signature Sunday that requires bananas and they never have any bananas am I always want to put banana syrup and that is not the same what I don't understand is you can easily take $4 out of petty cash send somebody to the grocery store and pick up a bushel of bananas and it's not just the one in St Peters it's also Mid Rivers and Highway K but the St Peter store is always out of bananas

It would seem the meh attitude has taken over this place permanently. The burger should be entered in a flattest burger contest; it seems less meat is being served. The fries used to be something we could tell people about, not anymore.

I recently visited Freddy’s and had a disappointing experience. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I waited for 3-5 minutes without receiving any response. Instead of leaving, I decided to go inside to place my order. Unfortunately, the situation there wasn’t much better.

Three staff members looked visibly confused and overwhelmed, despite there only being three active orders on the monitor. It took some time before anyone acknowledged me at the register. I noticed the drive-thru headset had been left on the counter, so no one was taking orders there, which likely added to the chaos.

The young employee who eventually took my order appeared overwhelmed, but the cooks did manage to prepare my meal correctly. However, the overall customer service was unorganized and chaotic.

It was clear the team needed stronger leadership or managerial support to help them navigate the situation. If a manager was present, they did not step in to provide the necessary guidance. This was a disappointing experience, especially as I’ve always enjoyed Freddy’s in the past. Unfortunately, I probably won't return; never had such an issue giving my money to a company.

AVOID the drive thru if you can. Been wrong 3 of the last 4 times but tonight was really at another level as they messed up the order but also said they were out of fry sauce (conveniently not telling me at the intercom...). I parked and went inside to get the missing item on my order (not that unusual) and then low and behold see fry sauce in multiple bins! I asked about this and was told drive-thru doesn't check the bin by the front register (????). This was all after a 30 minute wait too and exactly one car behind me so not like they were too slammed to walk 15' to check for some sauce on a $46 order. Food is alright but plan on going inside (you'll be going in either way at some point to get your order anyway).

Not understanding why, there's such negative attitude. We was in drive thru order our good and I needed extra ice in my drink.
This cause a big issue even though it was mention at the speaker. The person in the drive through was sp angry because sge had remake the drink. She through the food in the car and shut the window. My daughter had to go into the establishment to get straws, napkins and ketchup. But as my grandson stated she was nice to the customers in the line inside the establishment. This is ashame people mistreat you. If you dealing with public we should try our best to keep a positive attitude. All of our money spends the same. I will not be back.

Rushes you to order in the drive thru and didn’t give you all your food. Most Freddy’s are fine, this one needs to hire better drive thru employees for sure

I have been to this location before and the food and service was okay. We hadn’t been to this location in some time and today was different. The burger was VERY good, presented well, and the fries were hot! We were greeted and cared for well. The general manager was very happy to hear my verbal review. We will be back!
