I placed an online order for Freddy’s on Jungermann Road in St. Peters. I get to the restaurant to pick up my order and there’s a note on the door saying due to staff shortage drive thru only. I sit in drive thru 15 mins. Get to the window to be told my order isn’t ready which is 10 minutes past the time I was advised in my email that it would be ready. The first person at the window wasn’t very friendly, somewhat rude. I requested to have my money refunded which my order total was $33.54. Hopefully my money is refunded by tomorrow or Monday because if not, I will be calling the corporate office. This is totally ridiculous. If you’re short staffed, close early especially on a Friday evening when the average person is trying to get food for the family after a long day at work

I got my food through the drive through. It was very busy but they moved the cars through quickly , and still got my order correct! It was all in all a good experience. Its kind of pricey for fast food. About $15 to $20 a person.

I ordered 2 triple steakburgers and was clear I wanted nothing but the meat but when I got home I found I found onions,mustard and pickles on the burgers! I hate onions, mustard and pickles!! The french fries were not fully cooked! Do the 3 stooges work at this location?

The last time I visited this location the food, service, and wait were 10/10 AND they were fairly busy, so I decided to come back a second time rather than going to the location closest to me. The second time, they were slow with only one car in front of me. The wait time was almost too short (about 3 minutes for a #1) and the service was subpar. I pulled up to the window and waited a few minutes before someone came on and asked me to wait. I get being understaffed, but it takes no time to say you need a minute. Usually they ask if you want any fry sauce, but the girl at the window didn’t. She handed me my food and unenthusiastically told me to have a good night while shutting the window. I stopped her and asked for fry sauce. She said nothing, shut the window and turned back around and handed me the fry sauce (again saying nothing). I told her to have a good night, and she shut the window lol. She probably hates her job… Anyway, i got home to find that my large fry that i paid 45 cents extra for was filled only half way (with probably a lesser amount compared to a regular size). They were disgustingly soggy, so obviously they were underdone and not drained (i turned the fry carton over and grease pouted out). DISGUSTING!! I then went for my burger, but the box was falling apart as i took it out of the bag. There was a thick layer of dried mustard smeared on the top of the box. The burger was drowned with mustard, and it was PINK inside. This meat is not a high enough grade to not be cooked all the way through.Im just going to assume that they were staffed with kids who don’t really want to be there and probably weren’t trained correctly. The time that everything was outstanding, the restaurant was probably better staffed. Overall, this location lacks effort in consistency.Next time, I’ll just find Jordan The Stallion’s TikTok and make my own dang freddies. Freddies chains clearly cannot be trusted.

The store manager, Abigail locked my minor daughter out in the freezing, cold rain and dark because she got upset with my daughter. My daughter is one of her employees. I do not recommend anybody letting their child let alone anyone else work for this company when the store manager gets upset, she takes it out on the young children 100% over and over again. This is not the first irresponsible thing that Abigail, the store manager has done to my daughter
There were NO brownies in my brownie concrete! The custard was good, but soft.

The drive-thru usually involves a long wait, and I'm not sure it is worth it. While I appreciate that Freddy’s extends a military discount, the discount is seldom applied even though I announced that I am a veteran at the window when ordering and paying. When I got the receipt, I discovered by applying. I brought it up and I was advised ‘You should have mentioned before paying and the manager advised he could not do anything this time.

My little family & I just ate here for dinner. The service was poor. When ordering the girl at the front counter questioned why I wanted tomatoes on my sandwich. The food was mediocre, did not put enough sauce on sandwiches. There was flies & stink bugs crawling around on the windows. We had gotten ice cream cones and the cones weren’t even filled with said ice cream. Won’t be coming back for a long time.

Buns were not toasted! Burger was good, but not having a toasted bun spoils the experience of a burger because the bread soaks up all the moisture and easily falls apart. What a downer.
