Dirtiest location yet. Workers goofing around while every table is dirty, floor covered in trash and no customers. Burger was loaded with grease and overly chewy. Nobody working here looked like they cared at all, including what I am assuming was the manager...with a beard...handling food. Will never return to this location. Thanks anyway.

This is by far the most nastiest, biased, teenage driven restaurant i’ve ever been to within my 39 years of living in Missouri. To start off, when I walked into the restaurant, the tables were absolutely filthy. The floor was stickier than candy from a baby’s mouth and I’m 10/10 sure i seen a ROACH!!! The chinky looking one in the back is who I always have the most problems with. I asked her for more sauce because there were none in the bin in front of her and she acted as though I was an inconvenience to her!? On top of that, she decided to gossip about me to her other co worker when she thought I walked away. She works at a fast food place for crying out loud and still looks unkempt. The management is horrible. I always see the short, smoker mingling with his workers or having a cigar outside on the phone!! Are you their employer or best friend because I’m finding it hard to differentiate the fine line between the two? Do NOT come to this location. Please save your money!

I had the jalapeno pepper jack cheese burger and fries. Pretty good. Just wish they offered a low calorie drink that didn't have caffeine. Silly me worrying about drink calories after eating a cheese burger with fries!

2nd time being here. All tables were dirty, 6 staff behind counter. They never wiped them while being there 45 mins. $29.75 for a kids' hot dog meal & cheeseburger single adult meal. Mini custard & small custard xtra charge. Go to DQ with sm sundae and drink included for $7.00. And much cleaner tables, floors.

Waited for my order for ten minutes at the window, finally they gave us our food, but the way they made it, shows how blind one can be half of my cheese is out of sandwich , the lettuce is all over the place, and fries are more in the bag then in the holder, very disappointed, it's my 1st time having Freddy's but I don't think I'll have it again.
The staff need to be trained for customer service and order making maybe hire someone who actually looks at the sandwich while they making it
