Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Great fresh food,always good.

Lemon Frost and hot dogs w onion rings and tots excellent

Food was good and quick but cashier forgot mid transaction she needed to do something and started to walk away and talk to co worker. I waited for her to accept my payment and she turned around after a minute of her jabbering with her co worker to finish my transaction. I feel this is par for the course of any fast food workers that are young. I got to go there are kids playing on my lawn. I feel old.

Better than regular fast food.

Management essentially has no control over the teenagers that work here. You will find employees hanging outside the establishment goofing around all times of the day and will throw a tantrum if you pull up to order. Teenagers are very short and rude with myself or with other patrons. Becsuse they aren't paying attention many other people get wrong food or misplaced orders becsuse person at the counter doesn't listen closely. Seems like this store has a lack discipline. A visit from corporate may help whip this store into proper Freddy's establishment. This is a problem that only applies to this location as I have no experienced this in no other Freddy's this is also not an isolated incident.

Won't let you carry a firearm even though I have a federal license and a concealed carry permit. Won't go back until they change their policy. They don't have the right to deny me to protect myself and my son.

This time if this location I decided to go in because there was a line in the drive-thru there was a very unfriendly shorter person that said be with you in a minute. It definitely give me a idea of how the staff was from her attitude when I went in obviously she wasn't having a good day. The food was pretty good but the attitude needed to stay at home

I absolutely am in ❤️ love with your guys's frozen custard ? ? ? ? it is so delicious. I go to the one in st peters very often and all I order is 2 scoops of vanilla and 2 scoops of chocolate and I live about a mile and half away and it doesn't make it home to finish eating it about 90% of the time! ? I think the custard prices are reasonable but the food on the other hand I have only eaten about 3x total and I'll admit it resembles steak n shake A LOT but the cost of the meals are a little too pricey, especially for the quality of the food. But I will still visit Freddy's for your custard frequently (to be honest, I'm probably there at least 2-3x a week for the custard dish of 2 scoops of each flavor that's so good no topping is needed EVER!)

Not sure if the bathrooms have been cleaned since this place opened. Inside is disturbingly dirty. We love Freddy's, but this location is poorly, poorly, maintained. Red booths have black filth on the vinyl, kids highchairs are covered in layers of sticky icky. Who knows what the kitchen looks like. ****Came back to edit my post, it seems the reviews for this location are dating back 4 months for cleanliness and disgusting practices, especially the bathrooms. Doesn't seem to have any impact on this location getting their stuff together. Frankly whoever the franchisee is on this place should be seriously penalized. Unacceptable for this place to still look like this. I will no longer be patronizing Freddy's because the rot seems to move well beyond the site management.

Cassius helped me at the drive through. The most friendly customer service voice I’ve ever heard! They are kind and considerate. Definitely an A+ employee!!
