The drive thru person was very rude. He did not say a word to me. Practically threw the order at me. $9.59 for a sandwich was ridiculous. I will never stop at Hardee’s again.

Received no dipping sauces that I had added for my order. Entire order (minus sauces) was stuffed into a small bag so I couldn’t even close the top of the bag. Food also did not taste good. Won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

I had to wait for about 4 minutes for fresh chicken tenders, but it was worth it. They were hot, crispy and tender. The person taking the order was friendly and the person at the window was super friendly and apologized for the delay. All and all, the experience was great. I would rather wait for 4 minutes than get cold and soggy tenders. Also, thanks for having such great help!

We ordered 2 burgers, 2 medium fries and 2 waters. The cashier, Joe, asked us if wanted the combo meal. We politely said no and Joe seemed irritated by the fact we didn’t want a combo meal. He gave us a receipt and my husband asked him why it was over $26. He threw the reverse me and said that’s how much it is when you don’t order a combo meal. My husband looked at the receipt and said you charged us for a beverage. Joe told us that what the computer put in and there was nothing he could do but was very rude and said fine, he would refund our money for the beverages but then was slamming things around and just being a jerk to us. So I asked for a full refund and canceled our order. My husband noticed he didn’t give us all our money back and Joe said yes I did and then goes Oh it just a dollar short and threw all the money back at us. Will not be back!!!!

Didn’t feel very welcome when I came in. Like they wished I wasn’t there to bother them. Asked for a chicken quesadilla and was charged for and received a cheese quesadilla. Had the register person roll their eyes number ours times. And sigh heavily when asked for something.

Angie at the Saint Peters, MO location is amazing! She has a very kind, welcoming, and energetic feeling that made our experience remembering! I haven't been to a Hardee's since I was a teenager, and in fact it was my first job ever while in Community College making Fried Chicken!Thank You Angie for all that you do!
