Maybe I'm picky or it's just personal preference but the hibachi cooking style usually involves sauce while it's on the grill and grill reduces the sauce, makes it sticky and drains the excess. At hibachi boy they cook the whole things and plate it and then just dump sauce on top. So the rice, veg, chicken and beef all just taste like different textures of sauce right out of the bottle. Not my thing. Slightly different cooking methods to totally turn it around. Hibachi is sauced on grill, not after plating. Might be an opinion thing.

Really good combo fried rice. Would give 5 stars but their hours need to be updated to reflect true hours. First time I showed up during hours listed but they were actually closed…

Service was fast. Food was not good. Chicken tasted like it was boiled and the teriyaki was just a bad flavor. Definitely not worth the price

First time visiting, decided to try the appetizer platter which was nice, and the Hibachi Boy Entree (beef) with steamed rice. I never want to consider buying that entree again. It tasted like it was cooked and only afterward was dowsed in soy sauce. I tried my SO’s chicken Yakisoba and it had a very similar taste to my entree as well as the chicken not tasting like chicken due to the overwhelming soy sauce. Nice setting, nice staff. Attached photos of menu as of 4/24/2025.

Got teriyaki chicken bowl. The rice is too salty and the sauces had too much vinegar (yum yum and teriyaki)

The flavor of the hibachi was bland. The portion size was very small! For $75, i was VERY disappointed! My 2 sushi rolls were boxed together, basically mixed in the foam box. Decent flavor but for 15 dollars a piece they should have been boxed separately.
Overall I was not pleased and will not be returning.

The restaurant was beautiful and very peaceful. My daughter and I loved it. They had several items on their menu. The food was really good and the dessert was delish. Staff was very kind and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Restaurantji Recommends
Upon arriving at Hibachi Boy, you'll be greeted by friendly staff, who are accommodating and love providing excellent food experiences, they really do a great job of going above and beyond for their customers, this is a family ran shop that I've been going to over the years, they have always provided great food, and even accommodated my love of spice. The restaurant is fast casual and offers dining room seating or takeaway, I always eat in. The menu provides a variety of asian cuisine. Curry, crab rangoon, and rice bombs, are what I had in this particular instance. The crab rangoon was light and crispy, the rice bombs come smothered in a delicious combo of mayo and eel sauce, and my curry was accommodated and modified to add super hot peppers, packing a flavor bomb experience and creamy texture, that delivered in heat. I have nothing but high praises for the boys at Hibachi Boy! Everything here is great, I'd recommend starting with their rice bombs and fried rice, you'll love it!

The Thai tea, rice bombs, pad Thai and red curry are always good. Sometimes things are sold out so I suggest to call and sometimes they have weird hours but they aren't a big chain so I get it. I eat fish my boyfriend is vegetarian and they've never messed up our order, we have a lot of options

Carried out hibachi chicken with vegetables, pad Thai, and crab Rangoon. Wasn’t terrible but not my favorite compared to other normal regulars we go to. Crab Rangoon did have flavor and well made.

A wonderful Japanese style restaurant with a diverse menu.
So good the 5 year old gave it "10 out of 10".
Curry dumplings and yorsaba noodles were a hit.
The spicy tuna rolls were spicy and smooth and everything sushi should be.
Green tea was hot and delightful.
3 of 3 (kids and adult ) agree we should return soon.
