Hibachi Boy is a great in between traditional hibachi sit down and fast food hibachi. The food is great. Specifically the hibachi and sushi are both solid choices. The crab Rangoon is some of the best I’ve tried in the area. For me the biggest downside is the hours of operation. The restaurant is not open on Sundays and they close at 8pm on weekdays. I would visit more frequently if the hours improved considering most people tend to eat out more on weekends and 1 of those days they are not open. Aside from that, the restaurant is a solid choice for great food that is considerably quicker than a traditional sit down.

Combo Fried rice 0 out of 10
Rice bowl 3 of 10 comes without VEGs & yes VEGs cost extra.
Im big on fired rice and the main ingredients in this fried rice was a half a gallon of soy sauce and enough grease to lubricate a aircraft carrier.

Tried ordering online but door dash thinks there Saturday hours don't start until 4 so tried calling 9 times but keep getting busy signal. Okay. Its Saturday so they're busy and can't answer. Message says theyre open and have been since noon. I already know they close 3 to 4 daily. So I drive over there, go in and their response is we're out of food until 4. What? So you're not helping people in store with food and you're not making any food for people or online orders but there are at least 4 or 5 employees in there and none of them could answer phone to let people know this if they call ahead. Just wasted 30 mins of my time driving there and back and have to get new orders from the other people waiting for food from here for a different restaurant. Ridiculous

This place is my go to for fresh Asian food of all times! They have the greatest cooks, ever. Always made fresh to order every time! THE second best crab rangoon I have ever had (not the sweet cream cheese kind). Always kind and friendly server/order taker!!

Maybe I'm picky or it's just personal preference but the hibachi cooking style usually involves sauce while it's on the grill and grill reduces the sauce, makes it sticky and drains the excess. At hibachi boy they cook the whole things and plate it and then just dump sauce on top. So the rice, veg, chicken and beef all just taste like different textures of sauce right out of the bottle. Not my thing. Slightly different cooking methods to totally turn it around. Hibachi is sauced on grill, not after plating. Might be an opinion thing.

Really good combo fried rice. Would give 5 stars but their hours need to be updated to reflect true hours. First time I showed up during hours listed but they were actually closed…

Service was fast. Food was not good. Chicken tasted like it was boiled and the teriyaki was just a bad flavor. Definitely not worth the price

First time visiting, decided to try the appetizer platter which was nice, and the Hibachi Boy Entree (beef) with steamed rice. I never want to consider buying that entree again. It tasted like it was cooked and only afterward was dowsed in soy sauce. I tried my SO’s chicken Yakisoba and it had a very similar taste to my entree as well as the chicken not tasting like chicken due to the overwhelming soy sauce. Nice setting, nice staff. Attached photos of menu as of 4/24/2025.

Got teriyaki chicken bowl. The rice is too salty and the sauces had too much vinegar (yum yum and teriyaki)

The flavor of the hibachi was bland. The portion size was very small! For $75, i was VERY disappointed! My 2 sushi rolls were boxed together, basically mixed in the foam box. Decent flavor but for 15 dollars a piece they should have been boxed separately.
Overall I was not pleased and will not be returning.
