Wings are ok. Not as good as I remember. They shut down all the hooters in michigan so I havent been to one in years. Visited twice now while in missouri and the wings have gone downhill

Couldn't get seating was told they had a rush it would be 20 minute wait. Place had maybe 5 tables all with food. Waited my time and left

Went to this location tonight and service was not it ... food was ok but not fantastic my boys ordered boneless wings 10 piece one plain the other bbq i ordered the 10 piece bone in mild wing hubby ordered a philly cheese steak ... waitress never came to check or refill our drinks ... food came out it was set on table not by who ordered but just set in center of table. My sons bbq wings where to saucy my bone in mild wings came out and only had six i thought maybe i mis ordered and after eating salad thought ok thats fine prob couldnt have eaten 10 anyways ... server sat at a table across restraunt with men drinking and didnt really care for our table. i had to walk over to ask her for boxes and find out how to purchase a shirt for my son she brought over the boxes and bill and said we would pay at the front ... bill showed i had ordered the 10 piece bone in ... i went to counter and told her that i didnt get a 10 piece it came out as a 6 ... she said a manager would need to approve to fix the bill she came back out proceeded to look thru plates on table to count the bones of the wings i advised there were three on the plate and i had three in the to go box she looked counted then took my box and plate back to the manager and came out saying because i didnt say anything at the time of the food coming out that usually they wouldnt fix it and all but said i was lying or could be lying multiple times over 4 chicken wings ... at this point my husband was getting upset that in multiple sentences she was sayijg i could be lying ..apparently people do it all the time ... she got upset and said she didnt understand why my husband was upset that she just didnt want to get fired andbthe manager said no to a discount but she took the twn piece off and rang in a six piece ... she set the reciept on togo box and had an attitude of why she didnt know why we were upset and she just doesnt want to get fired and we shiuld understand that ... from someone who spent many years in the service industry i can say that this is not how u act or treat a customer ... also you said i should have mentioned the descrepancy before the end of the meal but she never came back after setting food down to check ... so that wasnt possible ... she missed a good tip choosing to behave in this manner ... service was horrible ... and price was to high for sub par food ... i advise against patronizing this location or hooters period if this is now how they treat there customers ... according to them everyone tries to lie and steal chicken wings ...

I had an issue during my visit but Haley, the manager, turned everything around completely! She handled the situation so fast and made sure I left happy. Her professionalism and positive attitude made all the difference. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back!!!!

This hooters is not clean at all, restroom was so bad I had to cover my nose it smelled so bad. We had the wings and shrimp and they tasted like the oil was very old and tasted like it. We ordered a bucket of Busch beer and the waitress came back to tell us they don't do Busch in buckets but we could do Busch light in a bucket, not sure what is up with that. I will never go back to that hooters again.

We have never been to Hooters before so we gave it a go. The waitress, Riley, somehow ended up with a $25 dollar tip. We left a $10 dollar cash tip and paid for our meal with our debit card, since we left a cash tip, we did not leave one our card. However, when we checked our account there was an extra $15 added onto our check.

Food was edible not enjoyable. Seems that nothing on the menu comes with an initial dipping sauce anymore its an extra 99 cents that they don't mention. Service was horrible, met with unpleasant dispositions and annoyance because they were asked to refill my child's drink while they sat at the bar having a good time.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The men's bathroom looks like a truck stop bathroom in the middle of Texas. Absolutely disgusting. Urine stains on the sides of the urinals, as if they haven't been cleaned in years. And the smell will back it up. I'd upload a picture of the disgusting urinals if it let me. It's like an average hole in the wall bar. Whoever is running this location, obviously doesn't care about cleanliness.

No wonder they are going bankrupt. Empty restraunt and not one of the 5 waitress could even be bothered to get us drinks. To busy in bathroom getting high. Owner says sorry we missed the mark. You didn't miss the mark because you never took the shot. I'd advise being there in person to fix the issue rather than give me a generic I'm sorry.

The wings ( the reason I come) are great as usual. The biggest difference from last time I was here is the size. Use to get the big wings for a good price. Now they have went with a smaller wing ( about the size you get from your local pizza shop) for a little more price wise. It’s disappointing to see this change. If Hooters care they will go back to the larger wings they have always carried. Service was excellent as usual and the game is always on. And as usual it’s clean!

HEADS UP EVERYONE!!! Hooters has changed ownership and let me tell you it's a HUGE downgrade!! If you love going there for the wings well they're nothing like they used to be! Oh and fully expected to be charged for any extra sauce! We do love the fact that when we saw we were getting ready to pay $65 dollars for Walmart chicken bites ( the new wings) we were able to leave without paying! Yes I payed for the appetizer and tipped the sweet waitress! Hooters why did you change something that was so good? 🤔
