The wings ( the reason I come) are great as usual. The biggest difference from last time I was here is the size.
Use to get the big wings for a good price. Now they have went with a smaller wing ( about the size you get from your local pizza shop) for a little more price wise. It’s disappointing to see this change. If Hooters care they will go back to the larger wings they have always carried.
Service was excellent as usual and the game is always on. And as usual it’s clean!

HEADS UP EVERYONE!!! Hooters has changed ownership and let me tell you it's a HUGE downgrade!! If you love going there for the wings well they're nothing like they used to be! Oh and fully expected to be charged for any extra sauce! We do love the fact that when we saw we were getting ready to pay $65 dollars for Walmart chicken bites ( the new wings) we were able to leave without paying! Yes I payed for the appetizer and tipped the sweet waitress! Hooters why did you change something that was so good? 🤔

Amelia (sp?) was nice, polite, prompt, and the wings were good. We got the Daytona sauce. We love that sauce. The wings were a bit slow in arriving but were delicious. We had catching up to do so that was fine.

I come up often as my daughter works here. Tonight was absolutely terrible. From the terribly unprofessional manager and the rude servers. There were about 11 tables, most had food. 2 of the waitresses were running around like they were slammed. The manager barked orders and yelled from the hot window while waiting on Togos. I was there for about 2 hours with my boys and watched the unprofessional behavior from the manager Heidi and the way the other 2 waitresses Brynna and Abby were treating Ameira. As someone who has been in the service industry for over 25 years that was an absolute embarrassment for the establishment and brand of hooters. If that is what a “Hooters” girl is I’m glad my daughter is ready to be done there. She’s treated terribly, the managers don't enforce anything and the sections, organization and lack of team work is extremely visible! The foods already gone down hill with the rebrand and the prices went up and the staff needs a serious overall and management needs to actually manage. Sections, take turns with seating, hire a dishwasher and stop having servers do dishes (super unsanitary to serve and do dishes btw) get a hostess bc watching servers race and yell across the restaurant to claim a table was insanely rude.

The waitress we had, Lucy, brought me a draft Coors Light when I ordered a bottle. She said that she put the order in wrong, I said that I would accept it (although I really don't care for draft beer) if she would take it off of my bill; she had to speak to someone first and told me that she would just get me a bottle. So... Was that draft cup of beer just dumped out? Then our order came and I had ordered tator tots and she brought me french fries, I told her what I originally ordered and she took the fries and I had to wait for my tots to be done. Were the fries just dumped out also? If so, that was approximately $10 of food/beverage thrown away! Also, anytime the waitresses had a second of not being busy they sat at a table on their phone or at a table with what looked like to be family members. Not that anyone will care but we will not be back to that business!!!!
We were going to buy a calendar also but after that, NO thank you!

Placed a pickup order, but it took much longer with zero communication. When I arrived, no one acknowledged me for several minutes, and the staff moved with no sense of urgency at all. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet it still took forever for them to find the bartender handling takeout.

Several servers sat around chatting while customers waited. For a slow night, the lack of urgency and basic customer service was absolutely unacceptable. Comically unprofessional. If you want to spend your money don’t do it here.

Disappointing experience — unclear charges and poor service resolution

I recently visited this Hooters and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.

Food & Menu:
The menu options have decreased quite a bit from what they used to be, and there are no longer any lunch specials. The food itself was average.

Service & Billing Issues:
Our server, Lucy, was friendly for most of the visit, but the experience went downhill when it came time to review our checks.

My friend ordered wings, and Lucy automatically brought two dipping sauces without being asked. We were surprised to see an extra charge for both sauces on the bill. When we questioned it, she said it was “policy,” even though we hadn’t requested extra sauce. She removed the item after aggressively showing her discomfort and constant remarks about her always serving extra and nobody else complaining about the fee.

I ordered a grilled cheese and asked to substitute fries for a side Caesar salad. On the bill, I was charged for the full entrée and a full-size salad. When I asked Lucy for clarity, she got defensive said it was due to “food costs” and made some unnecessary comments about “customers stealing food from my company.”

I asked if I could at least receive the side item that normally comes with the grilled cheese (since I had paid for it), but she refused. She did speak with the manager, but rather than coming out to discuss it, the manager stayed in the back office — which was disappointing, especially since the restaurant wasn’t busy.

Overall:
The lack of clear communication, defensiveness when we raised questions, and refusal to resolve simple billing concerns left a bad impression. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback: clearer policies, better communication, and a manager who is visible and willing to resolve issues would go a long way toward improving the guest experience.

None of the servers were particularly friendly. Ours spilled water on the table and made no effort to wipe it up. She also took our food to the wrong table when there were only a few tables with customers, clearly showing that she wasn't paying much attention to anything she was doing. Not the service I have received at this or any other Hooters in the past.

I had a great first time ever coming to a hooters, coming here after a long day of walking around for a local event from a few hours out of town was just the thing we needed and even with our large table there, Becca was absolutely lovely, was prompt with orders and shared some beautiful pictures from her time at a festival! If we stop by town again, we'll definitely have to swing in for a pint❤️

Just went to have lunch and this was the worst hooters I’ve ever been.

our waitress was nothing but clueless the whole time we asked for 2 Michelob ultras and 1 coors light and ended up receiving 2 modelos and 1 coors and she didn’t let us know that, when it was time to order our food all of us asked for naked wings and ended up getting regular wings with no sauce at all.

We decided to get our checks and leave after we had another round which she ended up bring the correct beers that we asked for but still got charged for the modelos we drank even tho we didn’t order she went to her manager and the “manager” was sitting in of the high tops close to the bar picking on her ears, when she got back told us that there was nothing she could since we drank the beers even tho we didn’t know it was modelo which is more expensive than what we order at the beginning.

Her name was Lucy gave us the worst service plain food and wrong beers I’ve been looking at the reviews and it’s not the first time that this has happened i could be cool with it if they were busy but it was a Wednesday at 1 pm there was only 3 tables.
Never coming back to this location and if you are close to the area you should try twin peaks or Buffalo Wild Wings those are better over all.

It took 50 MINUTES for an appetizer and entree. It wasnt even lunch or dinner rush and only one other person was waiting on food. This place ended up burning up my whole lunch break and I didnt even get a chance to finish my lunch. On top of the waitress harassing me over a calendar, im here for the food. Update i did submit a survey on the hooters site hours before this was posted

Picked up a catering food order here for Dliverd and the staff was nice and really helpful. The waitress/hostess helped me carry it out to my car even! Nice people here despite whatever negative stuff you might read or hear. Remember to tip your waitress when getting good service or it won't be there when you go back!

Usually food is decent but tonight they served naked wings they claimed was original. Excuse was they ran out of wings that are pre breaded so they freshly made wings batter is light unlike the ones made in morning. Poor excuse that didn't make sense.
