This was our first time trying out this Imo’s. Our pizzas came out way overdone and we were on a time crunch so I didn’t have time to ask staff to remake the pizzas. I should have known they’d be overdone because it took about 25 mins to get our pizzas out to us, when it normally only takes about 10-15 minutes to get our pizzas out when we go to other Imo’s. Was very disappointing and won’t be back to this location.

While in the St. Louis area, I had to try Imo's after hearing good things about it. Their unique take on pizza, featuring a thin crust, provolone cheese, and square slices, was a nice change of pace. I found it somewhat overrated, especially considering the price, but I can understand its popularity. I also tried the toasted raviolis, which were excellent. I'm curious if they were made from scratch. The cashier was friendly, and the wait time was minimal.

My daughter is Autistic and non-speaking. She uses an AAC device to communicate & today she used that to order pizza. The staff was very patient with her and even turned the tv on to her requested show. The food was great, as always, but the service is what made it a great experience. Thank you!

I used to be a cook here in high school way back in 1997. Glad to see it's not burned down yet. The food was super!✓ delighted to notice the pies are still made with expert hands,(fallout still around from my once greatness there obviously) little pricey, but eh? What isn't these days? Am I right?

In my opinion this is by far the best Imos I've been to so far. I visit this location everytime I take my son to the dentist is this area. This place is always clean. The customer service is always excellent, my salad is always fresh and pizza is always hot/fresh. Today I tried the new cauliflower crust(cheese)pizza it was delicious? I live almost 30mins away from this location. I will definitely/gladly take the drive to get the best customer service.Dietary restrictions: The cauliflower crust pizza is good for a low carb option.
