I found out about Indie Eatery while searching for a place for my best friend to brunch for her birthday. While Indie wasn’t the right fit for her because she was looking to TURN UP if you know what I mean, It was quite right for me! The food and drinks were PERFECT! I’ve had five items off the menu in two weeks. The waffles any way you have them are delicious! The Nashville Chicken and waffle was magical! I’ve never had a waffle that I didn’t have to drench in syrup!...
Those chicken nachos and that green smoothie....whew! Talk about good eating! I can’t wait until social distancing has been lifted so I can get back there...those nachos are calling my name ?
Indie Eatery catered the reception for our recent conference. The food was incredible and the team was very helpful, providing recommendations on selections and amounts. Shannon made set up look easy and everything was ready to go with time to spare. Our attendees couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was.
