If you like Tiramisu, you must try the Noto version. It's the best I've ever had! Pizzas are great, pastas are the realest Italian you will get anywhere. G Free noodles are also available on most dishes. Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time. They book up days in advance.

First timers and bad experience. Brought my family and was excited to dine at a place with such great reviews that is located close to home. But unfortunately Not great. Pasta was extremely salty!! Had to ask for bread after server provided a table of six some bread. Then tells me it was the last of the bread for the night. Water taste like it came from water hose. Food not hot. Just all around not impressed. Sorry, I really wanted to like it.

We had our first experience at NOTO last night. We didn't have reservations but we're able to sit at the bar. Reservations are a must if you want a table. Bar tender was amazing! Aperol spritz was elegantly presented, cold and crisp. We started with the NOTO salad, well dressed and tasted great ! We ordered the Mushroom bruschetta which looked beautiful but didn't have a lot of flavor. The Nduja pizza was perfection!!! My husband ended with the tiramisu to go. Which was beautiful and was the perfect end to an overall great dinner. We can't wait to go back and try something else!

So I've been reading about Noto so I made a "reservation" which is a must. The place isn't too large but the food was impressive. My husband and I both ordered the salad and it was delicious. Half way thru the salad I was making another reservation!! Ha The buratta pizza was not available but I still got pizza and I loved it. My husband got pasta and he was impressed. I would suggest ordering the cannoli and tiramisu..... you won't be disappointed. Enjoy

So good! At first the menu is overwhelming. But the waiter was great and very patient with our questions. 2 of our group got the steak. The reaction of delight was enough to confirm it was one of the best they ever had. It has a delicious wine/cream/sauce that was so terrific! We also had the aracini as an appetizer. Terrific- and the marinara is so good! I had the Carne pizza. The pizza dough was perfect and the toppings were great too! It also doubled as leftovers for breakfast! I would pass on the mixed drinks though. A little pricey, but still good.

I love the Food, the fun environment, and the staff are super friendly, and quite knowledgeable. I ordered the Paccheri, a dish prepared with Fresh, handmade Pasta with a proper texture, and delicious flavor. The pasta is sautéed in, Olive oil, and Garlic, with sliced multi colored flavorful Tomatoes, whole tasty pine nuts, topped with grated Pecorino Romano and cracked black pepper. My Wife ordered the Steak, an amazing cut of Beef, no Fat, with a delicious consistency, and Flavor. Prepared with Olive oil, Sautéed Garlic, and Cracked black pepper . My wife ordered her steak medium well, and we where both totally impressed with the complete meal.

Inside this seemingly unassuming shed, is some of the most delicious Italian food in the area! For a very reasonable price! Inside is super cute, makes you feel like you are in a rest The staff are always attentive and informative. I started out with a delicious cocktail, the atrani fizz, per their recs. And it was delightful and refreshing! We always get the arancini and I love them so much, I ate them too fast to take a picture. Sorry! I really enjoyed the margarita pizza, and other members of my party loved the 4 cheese pizza. The Noto salad is a nice side. Giving this a five with the hesitation that it will get too popular

One of our staple favorites in Saint Peters. They were kind enough to accommodate our 10 top. Service as always was excellent. Not going to get into everyone's meals, but everyone in our group said their selections were delicious. Of course we will be back again!!

Good staff, great food, good atmosphere. Small Noto salads to start off, which were just right for pre-entree. Had a great mix of greens, artichoke, cheese, roasted red peppers, green olives, and a creamy Italian dressing. The wife's paccheri pasta entree was so savory. Delicious broth/sauce over the pasta, pine nuts, tomatoes, and pesto. I took a chance with the burrata pizza, but was well rewarded. It has tomato sauce, mozzarella, olive oil, basil. arugula, and confit tomato. Those all combine for a pretty good flavor. The crust was great from the wood-fired pizza oven - chew but not tough, airy edge, and a hint of sweetness in the dough. What makes this pizza is the large serving of chilled burrata in the middle of the pizza. You spread it around as you knife & fork your pizza, and the creaminess and chill work really well with the rest of the pizza. We did have to wait about 30 minutes after our salads to get our pasta and pizza, which seemed pretty long. But all was forgiven when we dug into the taste. Turns out that everyone ordering pizzas and only one pizza oven cause the wait. Our table neighbors ordered two pasta dishes, which only took a few minutes to get.

We dined here for the first time for dinner. Excellent wine selection. We both had the wood fired Neapolitan pizza. Really delish. I had as starter, the Noto house salad and my honey had the caprese with tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. We took cannoli's and tiramisu home. Both excellent.

This is a really cute restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Pizza and pasta are delicious! Very friendly staff. Took awhile to get a reservation. Bar was very busy when we visited on a Friday night. Recommend this hidden gem in St. Charles County for authentic Italian.
