was told my combo would be 15.68... when i showed a reciept from literally the day before showing 13.48 "which is already an outrage", the so-called "manager" would not even look at it... Then she told me to leave... probably because i called out her stupidity! Went into the online order app and put in my order for the exact location and low and behold the price was exactly 13.48! When i went back in to show the manager, instead of admitting her mistake, she called the police on me... This place is run by morons!

Went there tonight about 10:14pm. For 10 tacos and they said they weren't taking any orders because they were shutting down early today. 02.01.25, why are yall even open??? Everytime we come here yall either shut down earlier or you don't have tacos??? Why did you shut down early? There were atleast 3 ppl in there working tonight. Neither of yall could have made 10 tacos?? Lazy ass ppl. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Fast service, great location on the corner. Easy to get in and out of, we really enjoyed the food here.
I have had to ask for refunds twice through door dash because of overcooked food and missing items. Came through the drive through tonight and literally had to sit and wait 30 minutes for my food, then got it and realized I had a burger and fries missing. The inside was closed so I literally had to sit and wait in drive through another 20 minutes. It’s sad because my family really enjoys jack in the box but this locations service is way less than subpar. It’s embarrassingly bad.
I placed an order on the app for carry out. The door was locked so I went to sit in the drive thru which only had 2 cars in front of me. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes or so to get my order, it was cold and they gave me none of the sauce I requested. I don't mind waiting but I expect my food to be hot when I get it. I tried to call the restaurant and I got an answering machine. Go to a different jack in the box, this one sucks! If I could give it less than 1 star, I would, because this isn't the first time I've gotten bad service at this location! Worst jack in the box I've ever had, I didn't even eat it.
