Last evening I ordered two Turkey Tom's with cheese. When I got home and started eating my sandwich I noticed it didn't have any turkey on it at all. Just had cheese and a ton of mayo and lettuce. The other sandwich did have small amounts of turkey but were small crumbled pieces. We have always gone to the Mid Rivers location but I will not be going any longer. They are very expensive and to have poor quality is a disgrace. Shame on you and the management team.

I'm a huge fan of Jimmy johns and I think they have the best tuna out of all sandwich shops. The sandwich is always consistent and delicious and was no different today! I'm giving 4 stars because I placed a mobile order and it took 20 minutes to get through the drive through to pick it up but they were super busy and halfway through the line I saw a soccer team go in so I felt super bad for them and I totally get they were busy. Next time I'll just pick it up inside to get in and out faster. Other than that the service was really good, Would be back!

This is a provisional four star. Historically I've found the drive-thru to be a better experience than dine-in, like that's where the A team was always assigned. Dine-in has been improving lately. Never really had a problem with the service either way, just that drive-thru was always more of the proper Jimmy John's experience. Not sure what's up with all the complaints. My order is always correct, but I rarely customize anything and if I do it's simple (leaving off one ingredient). Food and decor are standard Jimmy John's.

I have given this location more than enough tries, but they are too stupid to get it right even when I order in person. The sandwiches they do get right are good, which is why I will just go to a different location.

Ordered online and got a phone call the driver was going to take a bit longer than expected. The manager was apologetic and super friendly. It's refreshing to have that kind of service post pandemic. Thank you!

Usually I enjoy this location, but today not so much. I asked for no cheese (dietary reasons) and got cheese, I didn't notice until I ate half the sandwich, so now I'm dealing with throat problems. The sandwich tasted fine, but there was no lettuce on half of it and hardly any meat on the sandwich, which is not like this location to do that at all, especially when people pay $10 for a sandwich here. The workers were nice as usual, kind of slow for how they usually are which isn't a huge deal. I would have rather gone to subway for the toppings if I wasn't so nauseated by the bread smell (I worked there a long time ago).Just work on listening to the customer and putting the right amount of toppings on.
