They never get orders correct here. Whenever I approach them about getting the food item that they forgot to include, they give me a look that makes me fear for my life. I’m not ever going back here.

Ordered online with 20 minutes left to order. They comfirmed my order but then cancelled it 20 minutes later once everywhere else already closed. Learned my lesson to never order from this KFC wish i would have read thier google reviews before even trying to order something from this place. If your not going to make food for people dont bother showing your open online. hopefully they will close this place down and someone will open a real KFC like i remember going to as a kid and like where ever else i go.

I usually give places a pass here and there but I am constantly having bad experiences at this place. I stopped going a few years ago because one of the drive-thru employees took my order from the dumpster area and then proceeded to walk inside and hand me my food without washing his hands. I tried them again this week and placed an online order and they refused to hand it to me at the window and insisted I go inside. I had to waste another 20 minutes trying to get my money back.

Didn't order food was told they could fill my order because they were low on chicken I wanted the festival fest for 25.99 , if I wanted a 8 pc chicken piece dinner they could do that! It costed more than there special. So I walked out and went to Popeyes and gotchicken.

I literally waited at the drive thru window for 4 minutes before anyone came to it. A man finally opened the window and didn't say a word, I handed him card to pay, he handed me the food and literally just stood there staring. Not one time did he say "Hi, thank you or even have a great day"
The food was not hot, the chicken and fries were soggy. When I asked for a refund, he finally spoke and said "we are unable to process refunds"
It's been a while since I've been to this location and I won't be back. To describe the gentleman, he was Caucasian, bald with a goatee (sandy red hair). He refused to give me his name.
The service received today was very poor and his actions reflects bad for the business

I don't recommend this location on Mexico Road. On Friday, November 1st, around 8pm, we waited over 10 minutes for a famous bowl and what was supposed to be a #12 chicken sandwich. We got the drink right away and sat there waiting for our food. We had 2 different people try to hand us an order that we could immediately tell wasn't ours since it was 3 boxes. After that, we reminded them of what our order was. Then we ended up getting the famous bowl but instead of the chicken sandwich, we got the chicken nuggets.

This place has the dirtiest men's room I've ever seen, and I've visited Third World countries. Also, I was cheated out of two orders of mashed potatoes that the surly worker insisted she had packed with my chicken. I won't be going back here.

If I could give it a negative 10 I would ..... tried going 3 different times since it's the only one close to me ... each time they where super rude .. and always either have no chicken.....like how it's nothing but a chicken place .... or don't wanna make a chicken sandwich or cant ....how?!?!?!? it's chicken?!?!?!....super disappointed

Food horrible, purchased 8 piece with Mac n cheese and coleslaw. Recipe original chicken half of it had no skin all greasy. Returned to store for refund management says they don’t do refunds offered to remake in crispy when I originally ordered original. I agreed, even though it was not what I ordered.16 minutes later I asked for an update, they said 10 more minutes. Why does it take 26 minutes to cook chicken in a restaurant? This location is horrible, you would be better off driving across town, I’m not even sure how it is still open. They never have the pieces of chicken you want and always want to offer items you didn’t ask for. This is my last time attempting to order from this location.
