They never get orders correct here. Whenever I approach them about getting the food item that they forgot to include, they give me a look that makes me fear for my life. I’m not ever going back here.
Ordered online with 20 minutes left to order. They comfirmed my order but then cancelled it 20 minutes later once everywhere else already closed. Learned my lesson to never order from this KFC wish i would have read thier google reviews before even trying to order something from this place. If your not going to make food for people dont bother showing your open online. hopefully they will close this place down and someone will open a real KFC like i remember going to as a kid and like where ever else i go.

I usually give places a pass here and there but I am constantly having bad experiences at this place. I stopped going a few years ago because one of the drive-thru employees took my order from the dumpster area and then proceeded to walk inside and hand me my food without washing his hands. I tried them again this week and placed an online order and they refused to hand it to me at the window and insisted I go inside. I had to waste another 20 minutes trying to get my money back.

Didn't order food was told they could fill my order because they were low on chicken I wanted the festival fest for 25.99 , if I wanted a 8 pc chicken piece dinner they could do that! It costed more than there special. So I walked out and went to Popeyes and gotchicken.

I literally waited at the drive thru window for 4 minutes before anyone came to it. A man finally opened the window and didn't say a word, I handed him card to pay, he handed me the food and literally just stood there staring. Not one time did he say "Hi, thank you or even have a great day"
The food was not hot, the chicken and fries were soggy. When I asked for a refund, he finally spoke and said "we are unable to process refunds"
It's been a while since I've been to this location and I won't be back. To describe the gentleman, he was Caucasian, bald with a goatee (sandy red hair). He refused to give me his name.
