Took 2 tries to get acknowledged at the drive thru. The dude who answered had an attitude the entire time and continued at the window. Chicken was poppin of course, mash needs some of that seasoning love tho.

Apart from the usual delay in drive thru and a totally rude voice responding back - which I’m used to from this location by now - This time to my suprise I get my order accurately and the food was fresh and tasty too.
But here is the fun part - The next night around 11pm I get a notification of a new charge of $175 on my credit card for a purchase online . The credit card was only used at this location the previous day and still in my possession.
Now I’m not sure who is responsible for that unknown charge but this was my experience.

I don't know the lady's name of the window but when I can't tell you is that she knows how to do her job. And she has impeccable customer service. The food care will be bragged too much on that, but it was edible. It was fast and I really like that. Lady in the window so i'm like gonna say about that

If I could give 0 starts, I would. It took them 5-10 minutes just to come and greet me in the drive thru. There wasn't even anyone ahead of me in the drive thru. I drove away during my order because they were just so rude! It was the most horrible experience. I get it, it's fast food but you don't have to be mad at a customer because they want food. It's literally your job. I would not have waited had I known how rude the guy was going to be. It was like I interrupted him or something, like I was a bother.

Ordered the large bucket of chicken. Paid almost $50 and they shorted us the eight biscuits. Rip off. Check your order before you drive off.

Manager on-duty, red weave wearing young black chick made my chicken bowl with 4 chicken nuggets. I sensed the attitude as I walked in to pickup my online order that wasn't ready although I arrived 10minutes after the scheduled pickup time. She asked me for my name 4 times and I told her my last name each time. Then she asked for my first name and I obliged. Due to that awkward interaction, I actually heard her tell the young lady preparing the food to give me 3 nuggets, not know at the time what she was referring to, I paid it no mind. However, the young lady preparing the food was making a chicken bowl and loaded it with chicken nuggets, but it was for someone dining inside. Once I got home and noticed the discrepancy with my bowl and the other, that's when it all came together. Also, the young lady prepping prior went on break so the "manager" ended up preparing my order. I swear, these youngsters are ruining the fast food industry. This was my first time going to KFC in over 4years, and due to this experience, I'm done. Not even a T-Mobile deal could convince me to go back.
4 nuggets on a bowl full of corn, mashed potatoes and gravy...SMH.

They need to clean up this place, including who they hire. I used to love getting kfc bowls, and I miss them, but I will not even eat their food. The atmosphere is comparable to the sticky floors inside.

The store is almost never open during the listed open hours. The doors to the dining area is locked almost always. The staff is rude. The food isn't hot when they are open and somwtimes the chicken is overcooked. Their receipt machine seems to be down most of the time, making it hard to prove a transaction if a customer wanted to return a bad order. Just an awful place

This is the first and the last time I will stop in this KFC. Worst customer service ever! I was in the drive through for over an hour. I placed my order and after the lady charged my credit card she said they only have white meat and only only leg, no even the tenders I ordered either. They asked for my refund and they don’t do refunds! ARE YOU SERIOUS? They said were give me more chicken, my answer was, I want either what I ordered or my money back! After 5 minutes arguing they decided to make me a favor and fried the tenders for which I have to wait per their words five minutes. Ending waiting over 1.25 minutes to get my order to discover when I get home that they decided to change the salad for smashed potatoes and non of the sauces I ordered were in the bag. Poor customer service! The manager was not helpful at all and with bad actitud. Get the spend your money somewhere else.

Buyers beware. KFC has a no refund policy which includes employees accidentally charging for the wrong items or overcharging for items. KFC will keep your money. Make sure your oder is 100% correct before any purchase.
