Food was too expensive for what I got. The corn on the cob was terrible it tasted like it was sitting around for awhile.
The guy at the drive thru window was rude and rolled his eyes at me for asking for condiments. I then had to turn around and come back to get my drinks I had ordered. Once I made it back to work and opens my food I was missing my jalapeños and I also asked for 2 side of coleslaw and they only gave me one with mashed potatoes. When I called the same guy from the drive thru answered the phone and when I told him their mistake he told me I could come back and get it. When I explained that I was on my lunch break and couldn’t come back because we only get a 30 minute lunch he proceeded to tell me how he doesn’t take his lunch breaks that he works all day long. I most definitely didn’t need his response on why I couldn’t come back because of it being my lunch break and I didn’t deserve the attitude. Honestly if you’re that unhappy you should probably find a different job and one that doesn’t have to deal with the public because his demeanor was absolutely horrible.
Spent 90.00 on 2 12 piece meals and 12 buffalo wings. Didn't receive the wings and notified them the next morning. Their response was to berate me for not calling the night before ( they were closed by the time I got home) and give me a corporate number. All I wanted was the 12 buffalo wings I paid for. Of the food we did get the sides were good but the chicken you could tell had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Will not return. I didn't call corporate because I didn't want to hear excuses I wanted my wings that the restaurant refused to give me even after I showed my receipt, I was not asking for any money to be refunded all I wanted was what I paid for and if the restaurant manager can't give me food that I already paid for I don't see why I would call corporate. I'm just not going back

First time here. Wasn’t too hungry so I got the 2p strip kids meal with okra. The service was fast and food good. Chicken was tender, biscuit soft and flaky, okra fried right. I really don’t have anything bad to say. The chipotle ranch was good too.

Gave me the wrong food and no drink, then asked me to wait 10 mins for my order. After I got my CORRECT order I still did not have my water in the bag, no utensils, or napkins. My chicken strips looked like chicken ankles I asked for spicy and got one spicy and the rest were original, Mac n cheese was cold and had zero flavor, potato wedges were mushy and cold, the only thing that was good about my meal was the complimentary biscuit that came with it. Everything else was MID. I would highly recommend NOT getting food from here.
