Mediocre food and service. Madelynn at the drive thru was very pleasant taking my order, friendly and polite however I ended up sitting in the drive thru waiting for an extended period of time with fussy children in the backseat because she forgot our ice cream cones. Meanwhile I could hear her chatting and laughing with coworkers throughout the whole time I was sitting there. I enjoyed the freshness of the veggie sticks, and the chicken tenders, although I wish I didn't have to order a kids meal to get them. I also did not like seeing them grab the ice cream cones with bare hands after coming straight from the cash register. Meh. I'm not in a hurry to go back.

Ordered the new SW Chedder Melt and got some kind of cheese minced roast beef sandwich. Also ordered the clucking hot chicken sandwich and received a plain chicken sandwich. Definitely sticking with Arby's from now on.

Went through the drive thru the other day and Teanna and her crew were amazing! She was friendly, attentive and made everything easy!
She even had a treat for my dog!!

I am extremely disappointed by this location’s customer service, food presentation and preparation. The man on the intercom was polite, but the man in the drive thru did not communicate with us at all. No greeting or repeating the price of our food, forgetting our drinks, and was on his phone scrolling while at the drive thru. As someone who has worked in fast food, this should be unacceptable. I’m not sure if lions choice going down hill or this particular location, but I have never had bad service here before. Not to mention the preparation of the food was disappointing. Two small tenders on a smashed patty with little to no condiments on the sandwich. Fries were just thrown in the bag and luke warm.. paid almost 30 bucks for 2 bread sandwiches and cold fries.I will not be eating here again

This is the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. I originally was headed for the drive thru until I saw a friend of employees vomiting right at the entrance of the drive thru. Disgusting as it gets.

I always try to go to lions choice when I'm in town. We were highly disappointed this time . Roast beef was not shaved! It was tough and three of us could barely chew our sandwiches. Very unpleasant

I was visiting from Michigan and always like to eat at Lions choice when I’m in town. This restaurant was filthy, there were only a few customers in the restaurant yet tables were not wiped off and condiment area was disgustingly dirty along with the rest rooms. Seemed to have plenty of staff for the amount of customers and yet nothing was cleaned up. Will not be back to this location.

I was visiting from Michigan I love lions choice but this location is so dirty bathrooms are gross and not a clean table in sight. 6 people on shift and behind the counter as I watched them scoop fries out of the basket bare hands not once, not twice but 3 times… the condiment station was nasty and uncleaned and was not stocked. I’m very disappointed in this lions choice.
