I visit once every 2 weeks or so, and I usually visit late evening or night. Over the course of my visits I've never had issues with the quality of food. However, I've ran into issues with not getting everything I've asked for or ordered... mainly condiments and fries. That typically doesn't bother me and they've gone out of their way to apologize and make it right. The reason for the review... I had a busy weekend and decided to grab food on Friday and Sunday Night. Friday night I waited 30 minutes for an online order because they gave some of my food to one of their friends. Sunday evening I went through the drive thru, they didn't give me condiments. Went inside to grab the condiments and wouldn't you know there was another friend there getting something free. Got home and found out there was no cheese on my kid's meal sandwiches. Check your order before you leave because they're most likely distracted by their friend that visit.

Food is great as always. Only suggestion with the new baskets. When I order 2 sandwiches with my meal, the second sandwich sits out not wrapped for 10 to 15 minutes while I eat the first sandwich. Maybe consider having a wrapper available for second sandwich so it stays warm. The hot dog I had today was not fresh tasting because it sat for 10 minutes unwrapped before I got to it.. Other than that, everything was great.
This store is kind of hidden. But service and the atmosphere was great

It's looking much better than before. The cleanliness, suaces, & meal options have flipped in a promising direction. And all of the food we ordered was cooked & prepared perfectly. No more soggy fries?

Can't go wrong with the classic large roast beef combo with extra Swiss and/or pepper jack! Add a nacho cheese for your fries and finish it off with some seasoning packets and au jus!
