Ordered online at 8:45 pm on Thursday store closed early and couldn't pick up my order. Called in Friday at 11am when they opened. The girl on the phone said she refunded my order. Today I noticed she charged me a 2nd time instead of refunding my order. I proceed up to the store again at 8:30 pm only to find 2 people standing at the front door locked. A girl came over very rudely says we closed early you have to come back tomorrow for your refund! It is truly unbelievable how customers are treated. I will never order from them again. BEWARE!!!

Came at night to get me and my son something eat. Everyone provide the best customer service. He was a one man show while others just wash dishes or prep pizzas. Leaving to do everything to get a major line customers out the door. If there was a I in team he was that I. Noone came to his aid.

Literally horrible just ordered this cant even eat it completely soaked in grease so badly I set it on my counter and it soaked through to the counter. I will never ever get another pizza from there ever again. the pizza ripped when I tried to pick it up from the box completely uneidable

The pizza tastes like cardboard and the new Mountain Dew flavor was bland. The service was quick and it's a pickup place only, no real atmosphere. Only go here if you don't feel like reheating a cheap pizza.

I ordered online a pizza and chicken wings March 11, 2025 at 8:04pm. My pizza was delivered via DoorDash and when I opened the box everything slide to the left side and I bit into the chicken because I was hungry and looked at the chicken which was pink. I have tried to get my refund for so long. they keep saying 10-15 business days which has been more than that. I want my refund. I couldn’t even take a picture of the food it looked so nasty I immediately threw everything in the trash.
Listed one location, it wasn't open, and they don't answer their phone. I prepaid and can't even find them

By far the rudest manager I have ever come across I placed an order waited 20 minutes never received my order and a person who came in after me got her order before me complained to the manager she was incredibly rude and refunded my pizza and I didn't even get my order will never go back to that location again
