A couple days ago I placed an order for 2 large pizzas, one with pepperoni and one with sausage and pepperoni, I get in the car and discover an olive in the box with the pepperoni and two on the pizza with sausage+pepperoni, my fiance is allergic to olives and nearly ate one. Well I called and spoke to the manager about it and they promised me they would remake the order so I came back on 12/07 around 8:30 PM and they remade it for me, took 10 minutes for both pizzas. I was in a rush so I didn’t check the pizza in the store but instead took it back to the car and shared it with my family on the way home, we got home and looked in the box, with half of each pizza still left, and discovered, you guessed it, an olive in each box! I am appalled. We made sure to explicitly mention the allergy and they deliberately put olives in each box! I have asked for a refund on the website and will not be returning. Employees involved should be punished, probably legally, but we used the emergency EpiPen in the car and made it to the ER before it became a life and death situation.

It took almost an hour to get this pizza…imagine my surprise when I got home and saw the burnt pizza. my two kids tried a piece and it was disgusting. The worker that was taking orders was clearly high as a kite!

Went here a few weeks ago. Absolutely awful. Two pizzas took 50 minutes. Meanwhile employees in the back were screaming swear words. Used to be a great place, has gone down hill and won’t be back. Pizza was not worth the wait.

They get rid of The jalapeño cheese bread I get Italian cheese bread simply ask them to drizzle zesty jalapeño sauce over the top and add jalapeños they did. But the lady made it clear that she can never do this again although they get in trouble how would they get in trouble? This is absurd.Food was good people were rude I guess they don’t like doing any extra work as I paid for the extra the regular Italian cheese bread sucks instead of telling customers don’t do it take notes

Nothings bout kids flicking their hair cussing and the cook playing on his phone NOT washing his hands and making the pizzas very unprofessional and they should be wearing hair nets and gloves too much horse play and profanity..Also pizza cheese was slide off my pizza ask them to remake and cashier had an whole attitude No manager no where in sight…

Warched a kid play on his phone then make my pizza without washing his hands and also not wearing gloves 10/30 1:41 pm. Also why no hot n ready? Why have a sign ? Watched a guy come in and ask for something hot in ready. There was nothing so he just left. That doesnt effect me but that is bad business!

Took my blind friend there to pick up a pizza, we had to wait 30 minutes for a pizza. I understand places are busy, but hire some help. I've never had their pizza before, but it wasn't completely done on the crust. Won't be going back there.

Best little caesars location out there. My food is always actually cooked fully and the pizza sauce isn't mixed with somebody's bare hands, and I actually get all the items I ordered. The Mexico road location doesn't do any of these things.

Ordered online at one store sent my order to another. Wife went to get it and the one I chose to get my pizza from isn't open and they don't answer ANY phone number. Pizza Hut, Domino's, Pappa John's is better choice I think.
