I love LJS. This location is impressively bad. Of the four times I've been there, only one of them was the front door unlocked. One of the times I was in the drive through line for a full 30 minutes.

Today I was there 15 minutes after opening time, the drive through menu was off and the doors were locked. I knocked and they came and let me in. I ordered some fish planks and what I got were tiny and dry, they have to be from the prior night.

I will be driving to a much farther away location after this.

Stopped for a late lunch at 14:30 on a Friday only to find doors locked. Guess it's drive thru only. But that wasn't what I had planned. I'll take my appetite and my business elsewhere. 😌

Haven’t had long John Silvers in 20 years & started craving it. Loaded up the family & drove 40 minutes there. Instantly disappointed! Lobby was closed to public at 400pm in afternoon. Kids highly upset we can’t sit down & eat. Lot looks abandoned & destroyed. Ordered a 12 piece family combo. What a major let down. We had to drive home to eat our food & it was horrible. 100% disappointed and highly upset. I should of drove back & demanded my money & gave them all the burnt to hell food back. We didn’t even eat more then 10% of it. The only good part was the staff was really polite & professional.

From the employee coming in from outside wreaking of weed, to the disgusting floor, right up to the food, this place never disappoints when I'm looking for a bad experience. At this point why not just admit the business is a front or something, you can't be making any money.

This place is absolutely disgusting as soon as we walked in you could tell the floors and tables haven’t been cleaned what looked like in days the floors were so greasy. We went to sit down by the windows and there was nothing but dead bugs in the windows and ketchup smears all over. And to top it off the food was so nasty the fry’s were coated in salt the fish was so greasy as well as the chicken but it was also so dry like it was sitting there for hours and they just re dropped it in the grease once we order which would explain how we got our food so fast literally not even two minutes after we had ordered the food was already there so who knows how long it had just been sitting there. My husband went to the bathroom and he said there was so much mold in the men’s bathroom and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. This place needs to be shut down there are so many food violations happening it’s not even funny

Anytime I'm in the area I stop by the gentleman at the front counter is always so helpful.. foods cooked perfectly and it's clean every time I go in...
