This location really needs to work on the attitudes of the staff! Very rude the way they handle customers. I made an order online and then had to leave and come back because the system they have set up was not working correctly. That is no reason to be disrespectful and rude. I will never use this location again!

I’m come to long john silver to get some food and see a sign that said drive thru is open and drive around and see a truck parked in the drive thru spot. This has been happen too many time with this establishment. They need to do better to manage this place.

No seating due to weather conditions, I didn't mind, it wasn't to far from the hotel. I had craved long jobs for a while, there aren't any in Chicago area, so this was my opportunity. Yes it was pretty good and inexpensive.

Went there tonight. Didn't check my bags for the order until I got home. It was missing my daughter's meal. Not the first time an order has been missing something. Just when you pay nearly $12 for a meal you don't get

The order was incorrect but the food was hot, fresh and good. The interior hasn't been updated in a long time and it is starting to show it's age. Time for a remodel. The green beans as served didn't have much at all. We were near closing time and it looked as if we got what was left in the pot. They didn't have a tarter dispenser and offered packets which is a nogo for us, so had to eat everything plain. This all might be due to being near closing time so I would recommend visiting well before closing. The server was nice.
Shrimp is awesome they're using better oil so the chicken and fish is pretty good. They have trouble cooking large pieces of fish. sweet tea is not bad. unsweet tea kind of tastes fishy.

First, theres no ice in the soda machine, condiments are out othe counte, everything is sticky and fly infested. Secondly, Bertha the manager on duty today was quite rude to not only the staff but also the customers. She was heard cussing out some of the staff in the back rooms. Her attitude was very condescending, the way she treated the staff, in front of the customers, was very unprofessional and disturbing frankly. While dining and trying to finish our food in peace, Bertha couldn’t keep her mouth shut. She was constantly bickering with the cook in the back. Nothing was done to her liking.
