I used to go here quite often and never had a problem, but I went a few weeks ago on a Friday night and the place seemed chaotic. I ordered a simple Ceasar salad with salmon to take out and wind up waiting for about an hour. While waiting at the bar, I could see and hear the workers talking very loud and being obnoxious in the kitchen area. Other customers were getting frustrated and complaining about the slow service too. When I got home and tasted my salmon and salad, it was very disappointing. The salmon was overcooked and dry and the salad was small and skimpy. They also forgot to include bread that comes with it. I'm not sure what happened at this location, or if it's due to the people that work there now or if it was the Friday night crew, but the service and food quality needs to vastly improve or I won't be going back there again.

I normally have no complaints about this restaurant until now. Hate to be honest but took an hour to get the wrong steak I had order and no call backs after they served us! The cheese cake I was given due to the circumstances was an amazing!

Went to Longhorn St Peters,MO yesterday afternoon 3/31/24 and was going to grab lunch at the bar. There was a huge mess of very discusting dirty dishes and glasses, that you could tell had been there for hours, covering over half the bar. We sat down waiting and the bartender/waitress said I'll be back in a minute. About 20 minutes later she walked right past us and was talking to her friends for about another 20 minutes .......never cleaned anything or asked what we wanted. This girl has NO business behind a bar or even "working" at a restaurant ! This Longhorn has gone down the tubes bad for some time now. It is time for corporate to step in and clean house !!!!!!!!! NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE !!!!!!!

The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I ordered a large to do. I called in the night before to see if I could just do 2 orders since I was over the $200 limit and the pleasant young lady said I could. When I picked it up I checked the order so I can write names on them as I checked it. The lady that brought the food out didnt seem to be helpful at all. I pulled the food out of the bags and told her 3 times some things were missing. The last time, I found it was the entire meal. To recap, I was missing a filet meal and both sides and an additional 2 other sides. I knew we were missing things and when I asked her to check them, she just stood in her little carry out corner staring at us. BY time she finally moved to do something, I was already over it and asked my helper to just pack everything up so we can get out of there. I was determined that whatever was missing, I would give that person my food instead. UNFORTUNATELY they didn't want my food so instead of calling and dealing with her again since I already told her there was a problem 3 TIMES!!!! I just placed yet another order online and went to pick it up. while there again, I confronted her in a quiet way to not cause a scene for the other guests and she proceeded to argue with me about it. She is an uncaring, incompetent employee that will drive your business away

The waitress was kinda friendly. We had to wait 2 hours for a table. The got my steak wrong 3 times. My family got most of their food right. I left without eating cause they never made my food right. Pretty disappointing for this restaurant.
It's been many years since I've gone to a Longhorn. Now I wonder why I have not gone earlier. It was super clean, great service from Jacton, and the food was delicious.

This location needs to really get it together. It is understandable if one is busy or things are not available; however, for a steakhouse on a Sunday evening, disappointment doesn't even begin to describe this experience, and I only had a to-go order. Unanswered phones, wandering staff, half of the menu being unavailable, can't find the order, stacks of food sitting at the bar, frustrated customers, unhappy staff miserable with their life choices and taking it out on Longhorn customers who chose to be there that evening. I could go on, but if you don't want to be there, go somewhere else. You aren't the only person who has a job they don't like. Find another, or commit to the one you're a part of. Perhaps starting there, there will be a shift in how eager people will be to return to your establishment.

I was esting with my family and there 2 older couples sitting by us and some of there servers were yelling wrong door or door while being in dining room not even close to the door by the kitchen, it was very disrespectful they would be standing behind my wife doing it. I couldnt even enjoy my food. I used to work in a kitchen i understamd the reason for sayin door but atleat say it by the door there is a hall way before u get to the door u can say it there not in the dining room
