I like McAlister's. All food establishments have gotten rather pricey. I really don't understand places where you order at a counter, and the electronic card payment asks for a tip. If you have to ask for a tip, you shouldn't expect it. In fact truthfully with the increase in minimum wage, this tipping thing has gotten out of hand.

I used them for catering and was told I could pay cash when picked up..they charged my Venmo account at 2:00 am before I got my food.. I had them reverse the charge so I could pay cash then They wouldn't accept $ 100 dollar bills... longer story. It was a run around

I wanted a baked potatoes, spud. Not many places have them anymore it seems. The ones here at McAlister's are huge and delish. If you ask for butter and sour cream, you make have to get double of what they will offer. The potatoes are huge and the sour cream shots are small. Friendly staff, clean store. Good food. Yum

Oh man where do I start?! This location was absolutely PHENOMENAL! The lady who greeted us as we were the one group to enter the building was super kind. She even gave us suggestions as it was my second time going here; very delicious choices. The restaurant is clean and very organized! I loved how everyone is sweet and friendly; Great environment. I loved everything about McAlisters Deli; I will DEFINITELY be coming back to this location!

Love this place! Moved from Kentucky last year where a location was close. This one is even better! I had the Ruben… amazing. They did not skimp and it was the first time I’ve had one on the good thick bread they have. My family loved there’s. Service was great. Both gentlemen were quick, polite, helpful and professional.
Quick service, good food, clean place. We go every so often and each time is always good.

Disappointed in this restaurant. went there today and ordered a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. I know I was not served a bowl of soup. I was served a cup instead and charged $6.99. I looked it up on Google and found that a cup of cheddar broccoli soup is 7.7 ounces and a bowl is supposed to be 12 ounces. I will not return to this Restaurant because of this. I also ordered water and was given a tiny little cup.

I ordered via Tableside - good thing! My BLT + Avocado sandwich came with no Avocado & the Ultimate Nachos came with no Avocado!! Both have Avocado as their ingredients!! Very glad I ate in the restaurant, so I could get the proper items on my food!! Girl was nice to go get the Avocado for me, but whoever made my food doesn't deserve the tip I gave online thru the app when paying!
