Disappointed in this restaurant. went there today and ordered a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. I know I was not served a bowl of soup. I was served a cup instead and charged $6.99. I looked it up on Google and found that a cup of cheddar broccoli soup is 7.7 ounces and a bowl is supposed to be 12 ounces. I will not return to this Restaurant because of this. I also ordered water and was given a tiny little cup.

I ordered via Tableside - good thing! My BLT + Avocado sandwich came with no Avocado & the Ultimate Nachos came with no Avocado!! Both have Avocado as their ingredients!! Very glad I ate in the restaurant, so I could get the proper items on my food!! Girl was nice to go get the Avocado for me, but whoever made my food doesn't deserve the tip I gave online thru the app when paying!

Not a good experience. There must be a major shortage of chicken salad because there sure wasn't much in my sandwich. A lot more lettuce, but no meat. I felt short chained.

I'm SO disappointed in this McAlister's. They have really gone down hill fast. My family and I have been ordering online probably 2-3 times per month for almost 8 years. Until recently, we have always had a wonderful experience. Our last FIVE orders have had errors. The first 4 we were missing items. Last time I went back to get a $2.50 Mac n' Cheese that wasn't in my bag, the kid behind the counter in the kitchen acted like I was lying. (Why would I choose the cheapest item in my whole order? I just needed dinner for my 2 year old) Today, I checked to make sure I had the correct number of items before I left. I did, but when I got home we discovered our SpudMax (that was ordered exactly as it comes) was missing almost all the toppings and only had bacon and cheese. We are incredibly disappointed and will no longer be spending our money at this location.

Pecan berry salad was delicious! I recommend visiting the restaurant to enjoy. With delivery to work the price is a bit much for a salad.

My family like this place, the nachos are pretty good, my kids love strawberry lemonade I usually go for salads they are so good and fresh, the spuds are also good. My wife love the sandwiches every time we go there is a amazing experience.
Our first time here, we got a first-time cashier. She was patient with us not knowing what we wanted to try. Way better than subway and plenty of cushioned seats. Waitress came around frequently to help with refills and questions. Can order directly from seat and skip the line by scanning code.

Overall, I like the McAlister's restaurant chain. But this location, like some others, does not have a self-service drink bar. So you need to queue up to get a refill.
I guess that saves them money since people simply will then do without the refill. But I tend to be a thirsty sort still and this is a small minus for this location.

We were the only customer in line and the only staff member at counter was restocking cookies. Finally someone else came and took our order. Was overcharged on our drinks. The person that served our food was very nice but the rest of the staff was not at all friendly.
