Continually gets simple orders (plain cheese burger) incorrect and mixed up. The play place was dark and "under construction" the last 2x I brought my nephews and it was over a month apart
Kid-friendliness: They need to work on being more accommodating to the children. We come here because the kids want to. If that stops, then there is no reason to return.

I stopped at this location prior to going out of town once again. For the third consecutive time my fries were cold and burgers were luke warm. Last month I had a little extra time and turned around and asked for my meal to be made fresh.Today I do not have the time to turn around to have my meal remade. I will NOT be returning to this location!

Online says the restaurant opens at 5am. Ordered on the app at 5:30am. Got to the restaurant and the door said 6am. Not a big issue if I wasn't already running late. Well, after waiting until 6:08am an employee drove up and said there was nobody in the restaurant. He said he's been there since 5am and there's been no manager there to open the restaurant. So, I had to cancel my online order and move on. It's absolutely terrible what has happened to the service industry! This is shameful!

$15 for a fish and qp with cheese that the cook put salt on it. Disgusting, nasty and expensive. Today they recalled quarter pounders

Went there for dinner and ordered dine in. After waiting roughly 23 minutes with nothing I went back to the front and asked bout my order. They apparently had no idea about it likely because the cashier kept flirting with another employee.

Waited over 20min and when I called asking they said they only had 2 employees so waited more.. When I walked in after seeing drive through empty f9r a long time lobby empty and more then 2 employees, so lied to made this very upsetting. I get being low staffed but it was complete neglect on other orders which is common it seems. If you do go I'd just go through drive through to make sure they dint neglect your order

My daughter loves to play in the play place so we come here quite often and the weekend crew here are always OUTSTANDING!! They are so helpful, friendly, and always working hard while keeping great additudes!! They do such a great job, I literally drive past atleast 3 other McDonalds to come to this one!!
