McChicken was supposed to be spicy it was not and unwrapped and all over bottom of bag, Quartier pounder with cheese was just sloped together everything hanging off bun . I have a picture and it was cold. Very unhappy experience 😞
Out of control pricing at this location that doesn’t match other stores. A medium shake is over $5 when a store around the corner is $4, which is still grossly over priced for a powdered “milk”shake to begin with. Never going to this location again and I suggest you don’t either.

If you come in anytime after 9 they are playing loud rap music with profanity. A blonde manager running around screaming and cursing you got another blonde with pajamas pants and just house slippers you got employees just sitting down eating then getting back up taking orders going outside and smoking with multiple people. No hats or hair nets. I just wouldn't recommend coming into this location at night
Drive-through took 20 minutes and there were only three cars ahead of me. Then the food was barely warm.

They missed all the proteins in the order and gave wrong items for drive thru. Teenagers led by Teenagers. No quality assurance. not the first time with this location. I would drive further not to deal with this location.

Houldon is one of the most disrespectful people I have ever met! I have enjoyed every other employee there other than him I go about twice a day during my work week because the food there is better then most. However with that being said the food is no longer worth dealing with his personality and watching him disrespect the actual employees who people enjoy
