This McDonald's is right on my way to work. So I would say, on average, I show up about a dozen times a month at around six in the morning Monday through Friday to get my usual. I get a large iced caramel coffee with extra cream and caramel, a sausage mcmuffin with egg, and a strawberry banana smoothie. The service is alway amazing and the food and drinks are are always just what I needed to start my day. The two women always greet me by name, joke with me, and smile. A kind word and a smile goes a long way, especially when you know you gotta go to work. They help me remember to pass it on and smile.

Ordered online, got canceled. Called them, said I was able to come get it and it would be “hot and fresh” since it was canceled. Not a big deal at first. Got there, lady who I can only assume was a manager gave me attitude about how to “go about it next time”. Got home and literally everything was ice cold, they never remade the food, it even attempted to keep it warm. This will be the last time I will ever go to McDonald’s, and this was after not having McDonald’s in almost 8 months. Way to go guys

I ordered a five dollar meal deal witch includes a drink a small fry sandwich of your choice and nuggets however when I ordered this it didn’t come with nuggets or a drink

Not sure why were sent around the corner to wait because my quarter pounder was not freshly made. You could tell it was under the warmer and that’s all I ordered. McDonalds disappoints lately.

Went through drive through, got 2 tea and a large coffee paid, pulled up to the window, and told to pull around, and they would bring it out. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called and asked how much longer as I was running late for an appointment. A young lady finally brought us a small black coffee out. We explained to her we ordered 2 hot teas and a large coffee with cream. Had the receipt to prove our order. She apologized and went back in with the small coffee, muttering something about something something manager something something. Another 5 minutes passes my husband starts to get out of the car to go get his money back and we see someone finally coming out with our order. We were under the impression that fast food was supposed to be fast, not 20+ minutes wait time for 2 hot tea and a large coffee with cream.

Food cold, fries and chicken sandwiches, sweet tea watered down to barely colored water. Requested tea at counter, received two teas both with zero ice, had to and back for ice, ketchup dispensers both empty, trash and crumbs in tables and floors. No one seemed apologetic whatsoever, not even the manager.
