I don’t know what has happened to this store in the last several months but it’s be a monumental shift. It’s gone from a place that I knew a few people and loved the experience to a headache that leaves you feeling like you’re an inconvenience. Not only are they incredibly slow and inconsistent but incredibly rude past 4-5pm. Most nights they will barely open the window in what appears to be an attempt to not engage with you. If you don’t want to greet me or talk to me I get it. Not everyone likes talking to the public and I get that, even if it is a public facing job. However if you are going to do that try to avoid having a sour look on your face like I’m a nuisance. All of this paired with drinks that are filled an inch below the rim, the long wait times, and inconsistencies. we have cut the amount of times we go a week by 90% and I honestly see it becoming a once every few weeks visit at this rate.

Being a new mcdonalds you would assume it would be better than the old one, not true. Orders always wrong and not very nice customer service. When using the app I have always waited longer for food instead of it being ready when you arrive. Such a big let down. Ordered apple pies also and it ended up some kind of custard with sprinkles.

Yes, it is Mcdonald's, but this one is especially good and the staff is very responsive. I think it is run by a franchisee called Christian.
