Grill slip literally said no onions, definitely had onions on it still. Another burger was missing a grill slip to begin with and wasn't what I ordered and I wasn't given a receipt to verify that things were properly rung in but the screen said everything it was supposed to and if the grill slip was correct the sandwich inside should've been.

Makes me wait at another window when no body was behind me I ask for tons of ketchup I get 6 packets I even asked for more I’m waiting at the window that she advised me to go to she gave me my food didn’t wait to see if I needed anything else before I left she didn’t give me extra ketchup after 2 different customer get food I reversed back to the window where I paid and told her to have better customer service if you are going to have me wait at another window you should also wait to see if you missed anything. This happened at 02/11/2025 at 4:14 am it took almost 20 extra mins

I just have to say that this particular McDonald's is the best!! They are so friendly and fast. They also 98% of the time have the order correct and the food is good! Other locations the food is barely edible or the staff is incompetent. This is the McDonald's to go to if you would like it done right!!! KUDOS TO THE TEAM AT THAT STORE FOR BEING AMAZING!!

Food is exactly what you expect for McDonalds. Not especially good or bad.
I estimate they get 50-60% of their orders correct when I order and take out for the family. Too often something is missing - a sandwich, the dipping sauce, fries, etc. I usually order using the app, so there really isn't a good reason for this. Often, I just order one or two extra items because I am too lazy and impatient to go through every item, figure out what they missed, go inside and then wait for them to fix it. And once I get home I am not going back but the kids need to be fed, right? So I just buy extra to make up for their inconsistency (enabling them to keep making mistakes). My apologies to everyone else for this. Don't go here, though, if you dont want to deal with it! Maybe they'll start to care!
If they would get the orders right, I would give them 5 stars.

Gentleman was cleaning the door. He opened it as he rolled his eyes and saidneith attitude "here you go." Ordered a mobile pickup order. My order was not in the mobile pickup spot. So I politely waited. Worker asked if I was door dash. I said no, mobile order. She picked an order up from the door dash section and snottily told me " all mobile pickups are here." AFTER she set my food there. If yall hate your jobs or people, quit. Go somewhere else. This attitude enrages me.
