What happened!? This used to be one of the best mcdonalds I've ever been to, they were fast, polite and never messed up my order. Now, my last three orders were completely wrong, Ive heard employees fighting and eating over the drive thru mic, and been left waiting for my food. Whoever ownes this store, it's a bad place to eat now. And that pic of my food? I ordered a double cheeseburger meal.

The lobby redesign is cold and uninviting. This location has grey eggs in the morning and brown lettuce in the evening. Only one employee has good customer service in the morning drive thru. The GM tried to argue with me in the busy Sunday morning 1030 AM drive thru. Such a shame this is a bad McDonald's because it's location is so great. I bet if the franchise owners paid their workers more and worked on morale this place could really turn around.

I went through the drive-thru early on a Saturday morning and was greeted by an amazing young man who took my payment. He was super personable and even though I could tell that he struggled a little with being extroverted, he did an amazing job. Made me feel welcome and cared for even though I was just coming through the drive-thru. I really enjoyed my short interaction with him. I then move forward to the pickup window and was greeted with another smile and very personable. Welcome and thank you for my order. Just a standout experience and I had to share. Thank you for creating an environment where these young people can thrive. 9/20/25

Its McDonald's...the location off me and MidRivers in Cottleville has the best most sweetest little lady that works mornings in the drive thru. SHE makes it an experience, and a pleasure to drive thru. She is a treasure for sure 🥰 she is the 5 star rating!

Rude manager and incompetent staff. There was no one working the front and I had to step past the counter to find “help” I expect the staff not to be helpful but when the manager possibly GM was rude, that was too far. Cleanup your act and get your crap together.
I don’t even need to leave a detailed review I should’ve known when there were 11 cars on hold for the drive thru to cancel my order and go elsewhere. Horrible service, long wait, terrible food quality… waste of time and money.

Half of my order was correct (my drink and my fries). After the third time of the teller entering in what I had asked for at the drive through, she got it correct. But at the window and upon eating my hamburger I was very disappointed. I asked for a double hamburger with extra onions and extra pickles, what I got was a cheeseburger (I think, there was only a half slice of cheese on it?) and all the toppings looked to have been scrapped off. No onions or pickles and no ketchup or mustard (the remnants were there).

Our order was totally messed up. We ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel but got sausage. Our McMuffin was supposed to be no cheese and the egg looked black? See picture. The coffees tasted like dirt water, nothing like they usually do at other locations. All AFTER waiting for 30 minutes and having to go inside when it was supposed to be a drive through order.

Has got to be the worst McDonald's I’ve ever been to. About 50% failure rate. Either items are missing or food is missing ingredients. This most recent time, ordered to large combos and received zero fries. Luckily we had so much lettuce on our burgers that there was even lettuce on our drinks!
