We drove up at 11:30 approximately and sat there for 5 minutes with no greeting, no ill be with you in a moment. Nothing. So we drove off thinking they are closed. The big guy with a beanie on was standing there fiddling with his hands staring out the window as we drove by. Why are you open 24 hours if you aren't taking orders at 11:30 with a line full of cars. Absolutely ridiculous. I even tried calling and no answer.

You guys seriously need to update your opening time if you’re not going to open at 5. I sometimes come to you guys for my lunch and this is the second time I’ve arrived and you are not open. This is a major waste of time and gas

All condiments & even napkins are kept behind the counter, which is not continuously staffed. The person who is occasionally behind the counter seems to spend more time chatting with familiar people than actually serving customers. By the time I was able to get napkins, my food was cold.

Went on 1-22-25 and they not only didn’t have the promotional Pokemon happy meal box/toy they advertise but they only had “Tails” from Sonic the hedgehog. I left with two of the same toy… food was mid and the cashier in the back asked if I wanted a receipt I said yes and didn’t hand me one just said have a nice day and turned away… also Tia’s review is not this location

The lady operating the payment window delivers some of the best customer service I've seen at a fast food place, and despite it being busy they churned through the drive through line like it was nothing. Truly an example of what a McDonald's is meant to be and putting other locations in the area to shame.
