Both times I’ve went to this McDonald’s ,ordered the steak bagel ,and both times I received the bacon egg bagel.. Definitely won’t be returning to this location

Here's the problem. Lunch and off hours they are great. For dinner they have no idea how to properly cook the fries. Its been years of the same issue. Perfect fries for lunch. Horrible, soggy, sometimes raw fries around dinner.

Waited 15 minutes for 1 sandwich just for it to be the wrong sandwich to then wait another 10 minutes this is terrible service from a McDonald’s the worst one I have ever been to and we also waited 8 minutes to even pay for our food never come here

Bought a Happy Meal for my granddaughter. I asked for a plain cheeseburger. I confirmed that it was a plain cheeseburger at the pick up window. Yes ma’am he replied… I got it home and it was a NASTY regular cheeseburger and cold fries. This was at 5:00 pm, I swear this burger was leftover from lunch time.

I ordered a deluxe spicy McChicken, large fry and an orange Fanta. My fries were horrible, the chicken sandwich was horrible, the Fanta best thing in my order. Disappointed

Everytime I go to this location through their drive-thru they are so fast. The inside is always super clean. They also have a play place for the little kiddos.

The blond man with the beard at the register in drive thru at 10 pm (2/23) was very kind and nice and made sure to tell me to keep warm, very much enjoyed the food, the experience was perfect, I hope the man knows he has great customer service.
Always seem to have something wrong with order. Everytime I get my child a nugget happy meal, I ask if they put in bar BBQ sauce and they say yes with attitude Everytime. Just for me to open the bag and the happy meal box to see no sauce. Then get ignorant with me when I say no you didn't.

I am confused it says 24 hours when you pull up to the drive-through and sit here for a minute no answer on the intercom and then I noticed all the employees are kicking it in their cause interesting way to run a business

Over 40 minute wait in a nearly empty lobby for a big Mac meal, double cheeseburger, and some nuggets. Food came out Luke warm at best. No condiments available for customers and employees ignored people at the counter. Would leave zero stars if I could.

I ordered a Carmel frappe with my meal. They informed me the machine broke which is ok but to get a refund I needed to talk to a completely different employee. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, made eye contact with several other employees yet each ignored including the one the previous employee that gave me my food told me to talk to. Additionally while standing I hear several other customers have problems. One couple ordered breakfast at the front counter just to be told minutes later that they won’t get their food. Very frustrating and now I’m out of 3 bucks and my foods cold
