All condiments & even napkins are kept behind the counter, which is not continuously staffed. The person who is occasionally behind the counter seems to spend more time chatting with familiar people than actually serving customers. By the time I was able to get napkins, my food was cold.

Went on 1-22-25 and they not only didn’t have the promotional Pokemon happy meal box/toy they advertise but they only had “Tails” from Sonic the hedgehog. I left with two of the same toy… food was mid and the cashier in the back asked if I wanted a receipt I said yes and didn’t hand me one just said have a nice day and turned away… also Tia’s review is not this location

The lady operating the payment window delivers some of the best customer service I've seen at a fast food place, and despite it being busy they churned through the drive through line like it was nothing. Truly an example of what a McDonald's is meant to be and putting other locations in the area to shame.

Since when did McDonald's stop allowing you to buy toys without the purchase of a happy meal? Today was my son's birthday, he has autism and he saw McDonald's stupid commercial for the new toys they have and that's what he wanted for his birthday. This is the most amazing thing, and the neighbors are all talking about it! Festive without catering to a particular belief or religion. Friendly but not obnoxious. We don’t know if there is a new owner or what but we love it!

The signs all say they open at 6am but when we pulled up to the drive-thru at 6:08am they told us they'd be with us in 5 minutes. They actually did answer the intercom in 5 minutes but then we had to wait another 5 minutes at the second window for our food. Service has become abysmal everywhere!

The morning of november 10th I got a McChicken Griddle with cheese and a medium mocha frappe. I thoroughly enjoyed how fresh the McChicken Griddle was from the sweet freshness of griddle to the fresh crispiness of the McChicken! I was a little disappointed I'm the amount of whipped cream on my frappe but, that's okay as complaints go.
