I just love the ladies at the Jungermann location! I try something different every time, or they will always help me when I know what I’m feeling but not exactly what I want, and their suggestions are always spot on and super refreshing! This location may be convenient in my morning/afternoon commute, but it’s the kindness of the staff that bring me back the most! I always look forward to coming here!

It's definitely convenient and I definitely like being able to have this mudslingers location right up the street at Jungermann from my home. I really did not want to give one star but the service I received yesterday was unacceptable. I normally come between 1 and 4:00 those are happy hour hours. At least that's what the sign says in the Drive-Thru and that's what I've been told every time by every employee up there. But unfortunately yesterday was a different experience. The young lady was very unprofessional and unkind. It was 2:45 when I got to the drive-thru speaker. I was the only one in line. She did not say anything for at least 5 to 7 minutes. I just sat there. I finally got to the window to get my drink and it was 2:57 pm. She told me that happy hour was over. And my drink with full price. I replied to her., I thought happy hour was from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.? She said they must have changed it I don't know. I said okay well if they changed it I totally understand but the sign outside still says 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. she wanted to argue about it I wasn't into all that. I simply wanted to get my coffee and leave. I wanted to ask what her name was. But I already knew she was already very much standoffish and she probably wouldn't have gave it to me. So with that being said. I probably just won't come back. Because there's no reason to not be kind.
