Ordered Fried pickles and 2 of the new Smashburger Combos. Fried pickles tasted like old or overused oil. Smashburger were not fresh. Tasted like frozen hamburger patties. Had a very rubbery texture and not crispy. Overpriced for the quality of the meal. We will not return.

I don't know what was worse, the food or the service. Knew after waiting awhile to get seated at 3pm on a Sunday when no guests were here we should've just turned around. While our waitress was kind, she brought me the wrong soda. Our bread was burnt on the bottom, making it rock hard to eat. Once our food did arrive, it was lackluster at best. My boyfriend took one bite of his chicken and didn't touch his plate after. Said it was dry and tasted awful. I ordered a chicken wrap that was pretty pathetic. Mostly wrap and no chicken or even lettuce. The one saving grace was the spin dip and the fries that weren't burnt. $40 too much and a waste of time.

Overall, underwhelming. Definitely suffering from shortage of staff. Bar service while waiting for table was unavailable. Service once seated was slow and not well organized. Food was ok, but nothing memorable. Their signature chicken strips were dry and overcooked. The ribs seemed to have been precooked and reheated. Restrooms definitely need a deep cleaning.

If the manager Yolanda is there, turn around because she is just really something. We were like one of three groups there and the service was pretty bad but at least the waitress was nice. Yolanda charged me extra for my beer, and was confused when I showed her my receipt did not match the price listed on the menu. But showing her the price in writing wasn't enough to believe me. I let her win on those extra couple of dollars because you can tell the place is going out of business fast and needed those extra two dollars. Damn it Yolanda you lost more customers.

Myself with my husband and my kid went for dinner tonight (05/17/2023) at the O'charley's at Veterans Memorial Pkwy St Peters MO. I ordered the House salad for myself with Balsamic vinegarette. While eating I noticed a fly in my salad...it really made me feel throwing up and I was so hungry and this happened with me. I'm a vegetarian and seeing that fly in my food (as salad was the only thing I could get there as vegetarian) made me feel sick. It's very very disappointing, my husband loves going there but now we have decided to take O'charleys off of our list of nice places and we will not go there at all. We called the serverer and showed it to her. It was gross.

OFF my list! Have ordered the Southern Fried Chicken Salad many times in the past; both dining in and takeout. Always one of my favorite salads…until this week. Usually a large portion of mixed greens with sliced egg, tomatoes, etc. Fried chicken tender and moist. Was a good value; often more than I could eat. This last order, a carryout, was in a much smaller container, just over half filled with salad; minimal tiny bits of tomato, egg, bacon; mostly iceberg lettuce. Foil pouch with fried chicken took up rest of container and was smaller portion. Honey mustard dressing was so thinned down it had no taste at all; poured out like water. Had to use my own. One bun instead of two and priced $2 more. If they think customers aren’t noticing, they’re very wrong. So exactly $30 for two small carryout salads with tip…never again a customer. Terrible quality and value now! Better places to eat in area. Plus there was hardly anyone in the restaurant; bad sign.

I have been trying extra hard to go out of my way to find places to be positive about and that is what I went to O'Charley's the evening of 3-14-2023 looking for.Unfortunately ...yep another S Show a Fair rating of this location would be sub zero!Walked in right behind a mother with 2 daughters. The host (later found out he was the manager) gushed all over them and got them seated...he saw us when he was asking how many were with them. He seated them then chose to socialize with the bartender for about 5 minutes while we stood waiting then finally came over, not to apologize for the wait but to tell us he had been "charming" the 7ish yr old child...excuse me what???? The place was fairly dead but it still took him a while to figure out where to seat us and I finally pointed at the front most table that had been empty the entire time and so he sat us there. There we sat for no less than 10 minutes before I grabbed a passing server since the one assigned to us was still MIA. She took our drink order and food order, a single side salad and an app combo. We must not have hit her good tipper trigger because we had to ask for everything from the salad dressing on.Our food arrived and by now both drinks are down to the bottom inch or so where every server in town would have brought out refills....afterall they don't come out of her paycheck. But once again I was disappointed. I was to the point of standing up to go to the bar for refills (20 minutes after our food arrived and drinks were empty) before she shows back up. When she brought our food I asked her if she could bring us out some rolls and poof the lights went on and you could see in her eyes she had screwed up....she did bring them out about 10 minutes later...mind you this place was down to less than 5 groups of customers by then.Protip Do NOT pull out your cell phone and get the timer function when in this situation, it just makes you angrier. Now normally I would have left a $15 tip on this $24 check but her lack of service and attention earned her $4 and I felt generous at that.Back to the manager....this doofus was either trying to hit on all the staff or trying to screw off or something. To get our check again it took almost an act of contrition to get the check from the middle of their conversation and THEN the server decided to roll their sweeper back and forth over the same piece of carpet until I paid.Post covid I have tried extra hard to be understanding when places had poor servers or cooks but hey, if you are going to demand $15/hour then I am going to expect that level of service. I have been a server before and worked in a number of different food businesses from fast food to multi-units and was I the regional director / D.O. / Director of Franchisees I would fire the entire management staff of this store and consider strongly whether it has such a poor rep in the market as to whether it should stay open UNLESS it is intended to launder money. This is one restaurant chain we love the food but this location can close up tomorrow and not be missed.bye Felicia!p.s. looking at other recent reviews, seems our experience was not uncommon. Clean House!

Was able to get a seat right before the place started getting busy. Most tables were properly cleaned but the floor surrounding and underneath them could have been better especially after being noticed by a "bus boy" staff member. Other patrons besides myself noticed the same thing.

Terrible service!! Never received 3 salads with our meal. Had to ask for bread. Had to ask for refills on our drinks. Never offered ketchup for fries. The manager offered us a $5 refund for the 3 missing salads.

Our visit was very pleasant. We haven't been here in a very long time. I'm glad we gave it a try. Food was fresh and their rolls and honey butter are fantastic. Staff was friendly as well. The best part is, my entire family ate for less than the cost of ordering pizza at home. We plan on visiting more regularly.

Family night out. Honestly have not been here in several years. Our daughter picked and it was a good choice. Her and my wife had the Top Sirloin medium rare and it was cooked great. I had one of their seafood dinners and it was good also.

We were greeted seated and waited upon fairly quickly it took the waitress a while to bring our drinks it took about 15 minutes to get our bread. And then after an hour of waiting a gentleman comes up and says he was the chef and the food was not acceptable to be served so he was redoing it and he apologized and went back to the kitchen another hour went by before our food finally came the waitress never took away our empty glasses or dirty plates or any of the cleanup duties of a waitress. When we finally did get our food it was barely warm look like I'd been sitting underneath the warming light for quite some time . Seemed kind of funny considering they had to redo our order because it wasn't acceptable. And when she presented the check she said we prefer that you pay in cash and I'd like to have it as soon as possible. The chicken may have tasted really good although it was lukewarm this is not a restaurant I will ever go back to very poor very poor

I will say the service was super fast I place to go order and they said it would be ready in 15. I arrived in 10 and it was ready for me as I was walking in as I saw them place it down. However, it took about 10 minutes after they place down there to go order for me to be acknowledged. The restaurant is very clean. There was no trash or debris outside or anywhere inside. It looked very clean and well organized at the bar area as well. The food was absolutely wonderful, hot, fresh.I just wish customer service was better.

Had not eaten at this location in about 13 years (don’t live in area anymore, just passing through). Food is still good as ever. Ordered my usual from way back then, Cajun Chicken Pasta. Flavor was still spot on, but they don’t put asparagus tips in it anymore. Wife and I reminisced about bringing the kids here back when they were little.
