I eat at Panera because I like their food. This location is terrible. The staff is surly and unwilling to help. The whole vibe is take it or leave it. Awful. Don't bother go to McDonald's.

Well this is the 4th time my order wasn't right on Sunday morning. After my wife asked to fix it the lady was upset and mad about it. No need for an attitude. We're did the customer service go. Hope maybe new staff will help or new managers. Maybe staff meeting somthing.

Never had an issue until today. I got a caprese sandwich and it was inedible due to being soggy from too much vinegar. Nasty. And my soup was ice cold. It was slapped together with no care or regard and it was bad quality.
This will be the last time I order from this location. I was ordering lunch at work after forgetting my lunch at home this morning and I really did not need you to take my money and give me a lunch I can't eat. Delivery was fast and that was the only nice thing.

This is by far the worse Panera I’ve been too. They constantly mess my order up, and their drive thru takes ridiculously long. They need to improve their system.

I come to this Panera a lot because my job is nomadic and sometimes I need time to be out of my car and get some things done. I came here today after a particularly stressful day and they happened to be out of the pastry I normally order. No big deal but they went above and beyond to accommodate me and get me a new dessert. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful and I appreciate the staff here

Drive thru order- Ordered a Chipotle chicken avo melt and they gave me a cold chicken sandwich instead. Called to let them know the mistake and they wanted me to go back to the store for the correct sandwich instead of delivering to me. Their mistake and I have to pay for it and no dinner for the night. Thank you very much paneras!!!!

Have been a long time patron of Panera Bread but this experience was one of the worst that I have ever had at this chain. Food was good but service was poor (very understaffed) and nothing was stocked. They were out of coffee, tea, lemons, and more. Order took more than 20 minutes to fill and was not accurate. In addition, the condition of this location is terrible. They are having floor/foundation issues resulting in a majority of the seating being closed. There were visible roof leaks. Will not be back to this location and message to Panera, you CAN and SHOULD do better! Your customers deserve so much more!

I went to the drive-thru and ordered a tomato basil BLT with a cup of soup when I got back to work what I got was a cup of soup and some kind of avocado something I don't know it didn't even have bacon on it. I called the store repeatedly to let them know their mistake and give them a chance to correct it however no one ever answered the phone there. I will not go back to that place at all The workers when I was there acted like I was bothering them or something like they weren't there to do their job.
