I ordered a frontega chicken. (Drive thru) She asked me if I would like bread . I asked "Can I get chips?" She replied "We are out of chips". Needless to say the sandwich was soggy as if it had been dipped in water. I wish I would have read the previous reviews before going there. Disgusting!! Close it down!!

I ordered a half greek salad and I asked for extra olives and extra dressing. I get this salad at least a couple times per week from a different location. And I have never had problems. But today I got a quarter of a salad. It wasn't even filled in the container. There was no extra olives and it was probably one of the worst nine dollar salads I have ever bought. So disappointing. I'll never go to this Panera again.

What an awful experience. They were out of baguettes for my soup, then when I asked for another type of bread, they wanted to up charge me. Of course I declined. I then asked for a sandwich to which they informed me they were out of sandwich bread. How is a bread place out of bread & when you request another type they want to charge you more? Lol. Makes zero sense. The manger was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I walked out, she screamed a profanity at me. Think it's time for new staff. Will never return to this run down and unprofessional location. Do better!

I love this location. The staff are always friendly and the order accuracy is amazing. Drive through wait times can be high at busy times, but they are usually pretty good otherwise.

I do not understand how you repeatedly can not fully cook a souffle. No one wants to eat raw eggs. This has happened multiple times to me now. Your food is to expensive for it not to be cooked properly!!!
Every time I go to this or other Panera locations I'm always treated fairly and the food is always good, I recommend this location to all looking for a good Panera location.

Absolutely love this location. MaKayla is sweet and kind, always gets my order right. My fav sandwich is the chicken chipotle with egg and avocado. Soooo good.

I visited this location the order day for a rapid pick up order. Although it was my fault I chose the wrong location lol. The staff was extremely supportive and helpful. The manager lady on duty WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, to search where my order was, she even apologized multiple times (although it was my fault). The next day I stopped in the drive thru and she REMEMBERED me! She wanted to make sure everything was squared away to bring closure to the situation.Kuddos to this manager (forgot to get her name) but great job on running this store and the leadership shows through your team!

I ordered ahead on the app and picked up my order in the drive-through. It’s was ready when it said it would be, the food was hot and fresh. Service was great, the staff was friendly. My daughter was craving a bread bowl so we both got the French onion soup. It was so yummy..
