Food was awful, hardly any ingredients on my $11 sandwich. Cafe was beyond disgusting. Flies all swarming the overflowing trash cans. No wonder they were dead.

My comfort place. Like everywhere, the food is good. I like the environment here. Patio available, plenty of parking space.

Absolute trash.
I went to go get my food and the guy on the line was a complete jerk.
I went to put the pager up on the counter and he goes it doesn’t go there put it in the basket. Like I’m supposed to know? Ask me nicely.
Then I realized he handed me a spoon with dried on lettuce and someone else saliva on it.
I go back up and I go you gave me a dirty spoon he goes that’s your Mac and cheese I said THE DRIED ON FOOD IS MY MAC AND CHEESE?
Then proceeded to hand me yet ANOTHER dirty spoon with chocolate on it this time.
Food was terrible $23 dollars later.

I wanted the pumpkin bread but the lady had no clue if they had any, so my Aunt asked if they had pumpkin cookies and the girl said yes! Now….i was wanting pumpkin cookies!!! Not sugar cookies in the shape of a pumpkin!!! There’s a HUGE difference. Ugh..

They’ve got 15 pickup orders pending, at minimum, and they only have 2 people preparing them. Everything is running behind. It’s lunch hours guys, do better. It’s no secret you get busy at this time. Pretty silly.

Utterly disgusting. Hair in my sandwich and coffee. Nobody answers the phone when I call to work something out. Avoid at all costs.

Delicious food that’s a little overpriced. My only knock is replace the seats that are cracking.

ā€œBroken windows, broken business. If the small things are ignored, the big things will eventually collapse.ā€

Zero deliveries have been correct recently. Panera is an easy choice as it has something for everyone. However, when we've ordered recently, things have been wrong or missing. The move to DoorDash delivery has been disastrous. And the woman I talked to at the store today about my incorrect order had quite the attitude. No more ordering there.

From the moment I walked in, the dining area felt sticky and unkempt. Several tables were littered with crumbs and used napkins, and the floor near the pastry display was stained. None of the staff seemed to notice—or care—to wipe down surfaces between customers, which made the entire space feel neglected.
After standing in line for nearly ten minutes without acknowledgement, I finally placed my order only to be told, ā€œWe’re out of thatā€ three separate times: first for the avocado-egg white melt, then for the turkey chili, and finally for the chocolate chip bagel. When I asked for a manager, the only response was a shrug and ā€œThey’re busy.ā€ I waited another five minutes before my name even appeared on the pickup board.
When my sandwich finally arrived, it was cold and soggy. The bread—once Panera’s strong point—tasted stale, and my turkey was rubbery. The supposed ā€œfresh greensā€ in the salad were wilted, and the dressing was barely enough to coat the leaves. To top it off, the coffee station was empty of cups, lids, and stirrers; I had to flag down an employee to scrounge up a few.
At full price, this experience was inexcusable. The quality and service fell well below what I’d expect even from a fast-casual spot, let alone a national brand known for its fresh menu.
I’ve always been a fan of Panera’s concept, but this location needs a serious overhaul—in staffing, stock management, and basic cleanliness. Until they address these issues, I can’t recommend stopping by. Consider trying a different cafĆ© or bakery in the area instead.
