I ordered pizza for delivery and paid with two gift cards with the remaining charge to my credit card. They claimed that I still owed them over $46 and insisted that I needed to pay it to receive my order that I already paid for. The delivery driver called the store and the manager still tried to insist I owed this money. She said she could run my gift cards again. Then stated they were in there she just needed to approve them. Keep in mind it would not accept my online order until I covered the entire bill. Each time I added the gift card it told me how much was on the card and how much I still owed. Thus why I paid the remaining balance with my credit card. I do not appreciate having someone come to my door insisting I owe money I already paid. This location has lost my future business. The one on First Capitol has better pizza and doesn’t try to double charge people.

Two out of three pizzas had the wrong toppings, one was the wrong crust; the thin crust had an inch plus around with no toppings/sauce/cheese, and the crust without that is like eating a thick, stale cracker; all three pizzas were cold. On the plus side, the new pepperoni was tasty.

Well over an hour wait most times I've ordered and the pizza has been very greasy. Parking lot almost always full no spots to park even if You order online it's still toss up and have got several pizzas that were clearly the wrong size, but in a bigger box

Im confused as to why one person was scheduled to work alone the night before Halloween. I went to go pick up my pizza and there is one guy working alone managing like 10 orders as the phone was going off the hook and I was standing in the lobby with 5 others who were waiting. He was very nice to me and my order was hot and accurate, but he was visibly upset at the situation as I would be too because absolutely no reason one person should be running a whole store on one of probably the busiest weekends for pizza.

Literally our pizzas were upside down and folded in half when my kids opened the box. Called the store on 10/30/2025 at 10:30pm and the manager hung up on me when I told him what happened. Worst Papa John’s ever!!!!

We ordered pizza for takeout, but it was so soggy and watery that all the toppings slid right off the crust. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I got charged twice for the same order when I only put one order in. The lady said I’d get a refund in 5 to 7 business days. I said to her “ I don’t have 5 to 7 business days.” And that I was going to smear this places name on Google review. Then she hung the phone up on me. I called back talked to somebody else. To try an get the ladies name that hung the phone up. That somebody else put me on hold. Then I recognized the ladies voice that hung the phone up on me. I asked her for her name. I said to her I was planning on calling corporate. She said it’s not a corporate. I said then I need the franchise owner’s phone number. She refused to give that to me. She also refused to give me her name. I said I’d also be putting that in the review as well. Business takes my money charges me twice for something I only ordered once. And then hangs the phone up on me. I’ll be filing a purchase dispute with my bank. She needs to be terminated for poor customer service.

UPDATE: I went to pick up my pizza. The bottom of the pizza box was so saturated. That the bottom of the pizza box was wet. I complained and tried to pick a slice of pizza up. The pizza just ripped apart. I’m NOT accusing anybody of anything here. But the General Manager or the franchise owner. Needs to review the camera and try to figure out why this pizza came out so disgusting. I requested them to cook me a new one. And stood there and watched them the whole entire time. While they made and cooked the new one. To make sure nothing was pulled over on me. Because the way that the first pizza looked. I didn’t trust them a 100%. Beyond that point. The second pizza came out real good. That’s probably only because I stood there and watched them cook it though. I asked to speak to the supervisor lady that hung up on me. I was told she left early. And when I asked what her name was. It just seemed like everybody was playing stupid. Because everybody was saying they didn’t know her name. Which I DO NOT believe for a second! There was a huge line in there. They were taking forever to get the other customers served. And one guy just straight up walked out of the place. Well if that other supervisor lady WOULD NOT have left her shift early. Then maybe that guy wouldn’t have walked out from waiting so long. I don’t know it’s just a thought. This is strictly and only in my opinion. The way that pizza looked. I advise everybody to NEVER order any food here. Unless you’re standing there and watching them cook it. Because that thing looked NASTY!

This is more for Papa John’s as a whole not this location as this location seemed OK. But their customer care when you call into order a pizza does not actually go to the store. It goes to a call center who doesn’t actually have times on when carryout would be ready because they are physically not at the store to see how busy they are Ordered a pizza was told 20 minutes got all the way to the store and it was actually an hour and a half because of how busy they were store people were very nice and friendly and canceled the order for me. No problem but maybe Papa John should go back to having orders placed at the store and not some random call center somewhere else that has no idea how busy the store is

Ordered online waited almost an hour which is understandable since it’s Super Bowl Sunday. But door dasher left soda there and promised to come back with it. Never showed. Called back in to papa johns and once they found the order told me it would take over an hour for them to drop it off. I asked for a manager and the manager wouldn’t even let me get a word out and hung up on me twice. Kept talking over me and wouldn’t let me get a single word out. Horrible service horrible attitude.

Dakota was amazing, I had issues with a dasher who delivered my items and Dakota was awesome about fixing the issue and even sent out another delivery driver to bring me the forgotten items!
