I got charged twice for the same order when I only put one order in. The lady said I’d get a refund in 5 to 7 business days. I said to her “ I don’t have 5 to 7 business days.” And that I was going to smear this places name on Google review. Then she hung the phone up on me. I called back talked to somebody else. To try an get the ladies name that hung the phone up. That somebody else put me on hold. Then I recognized the ladies voice that hung the phone up on me. I asked her for her name. I said to her I was planning on calling corporate. She said it’s not a corporate. I said then I need the franchise owner’s phone number. She refused to give that to me. She also refused to give me her name. I said I’d also be putting that in the review as well. Business takes my money charges me twice for something I only ordered once. And then hangs the phone up on me. I’ll be filing a purchase dispute with my bank. She needs to be terminated for poor customer service.

UPDATE: I went to pick up my pizza. The bottom of the pizza box was so saturated. That the bottom of the pizza box was wet. I complained and tried to pick a slice of pizza up. The pizza just ripped apart. I’m NOT accusing anybody of anything here. But the General Manager or the franchise owner. Needs to review the camera and try to figure out why this pizza came out so disgusting. I requested them to cook me a new one. And stood there and watched them the whole entire time. While they made and cooked the new one. To make sure nothing was pulled over on me. Because the way that the first pizza looked. I didn’t trust them a 100%. Beyond that point. The second pizza came out real good. That’s probably only because I stood there and watched them cook it though. I asked to speak to the supervisor lady that hung up on me. I was told she left early. And when I asked what her name was. It just seemed like everybody was playing stupid. Because everybody was saying they didn’t know her name. Which I DO NOT believe for a second! There was a huge line in there. They were taking forever to get the other customers served. And one guy just straight up walked out of the place. Well if that other supervisor lady WOULD NOT have left her shift early. Then maybe that guy wouldn’t have walked out from waiting so long. I don’t know it’s just a thought. This is strictly and only in my opinion. The way that pizza looked. I advise everybody to NEVER order any food here. Unless you’re standing there and watching them cook it. Because that thing looked NASTY!

This is more for Papa John’s as a whole not this location as this location seemed OK. But their customer care when you call into order a pizza does not actually go to the store. It goes to a call center who doesn’t actually have times on when carryout would be ready because they are physically not at the store to see how busy they are Ordered a pizza was told 20 minutes got all the way to the store and it was actually an hour and a half because of how busy they were store people were very nice and friendly and canceled the order for me. No problem but maybe Papa John should go back to having orders placed at the store and not some random call center somewhere else that has no idea how busy the store is

Ordered online waited almost an hour which is understandable since it’s Super Bowl Sunday. But door dasher left soda there and promised to come back with it. Never showed. Called back in to papa johns and once they found the order told me it would take over an hour for them to drop it off. I asked for a manager and the manager wouldn’t even let me get a word out and hung up on me twice. Kept talking over me and wouldn’t let me get a single word out. Horrible service horrible attitude.

Dakota was amazing, I had issues with a dasher who delivered my items and Dakota was awesome about fixing the issue and even sent out another delivery driver to bring me the forgotten items!

I ordered my dinner wings, pizza and jalapeño bites, the pizza arrived 2 hours later, hard and burnt on the edges, the wings did not arrive. After I had to go out to look for my order because they simply couldn't find my apartment. I will never return…

Didn't hand the doordash delivery driver the soda that had been ordered. Store offered me a partial refund on the order at least.

Garlic bread sticks also didn't have any garlic applied. Came with a cup of garlic dipping sauce and no tomato sauce.

Had also ordered a cup of spicy garlic sauce for the pizza. Not delivered.

Honestly the worst showing from this location in a while.

Unless it's thin crust the pizza is almost always undercooked. Their wings are good, but I ordered some today and they gave me the totally wrong kind (I ordered Hot Lemon Pepper, they gave me plain) which was frustrating. They also sometimes don't update the tracking information and leave the order sitting for a long time without telling you it's ready for pickup.

Drinks are often out of stock or expired.

I’ve had it with Papa John’s. The quality isn’t there any longer. The pizzas are made sloppy now. Half the time I have to reheat them and 99 percent of the time I have to run my own pizza cutter over it because they don’t slice all the way through the crust. Tonight I ordered a pizza and I never received it. The driver said she called me and couldn’t get ahold of me but didn’t even leave a message even try to a second attempt. Just said it was delivered on the app and moved on with her life. I called and whoever answered the phone couldn’t care less, had zero customer service skills. So I’m done. In this economy a business needs to hold on to every customer they can. As a faithful customer for years it’s time to be done with Papa John’s!

We ordered our pizza for take out on Saturday, and it was done quickly.

When we got home, it was clear it was done too quickly. The quality was terrible- the pizzas were 30% crust, the cheese wasn’t really on entire pizza or cheese bread, and the wings were poorly made. I took photos to show this.

I also don’t like the tipping suggestion for takeout. Papa John’s needs to pay their employees a reasonable wage when pizza costs 48 dollars for 4 people.

I am sure this was an off day, but like most things these days- they want the money, but they don’t have any quality.
