I try not to complain as I know delivery food is a difficult service but this was a little excessive. I ordered my food well in advance of the delivery time, it was still a half hour late. The pizza.was made incorrectly, missing several ingredients, and to top it off, the delivery guy parked his car IN MY YARD leaving behind a muddy tire track that im going to have to repair in the spring.

Not happy with the doordash co-op. If you're going to forget my soda That should be on you not me. I don't ask me if I can come and get it. I already paid a delivery fee plus tip. If I have to go out and get it, I'll go to DeRienzo's down the street. Which I'll do next time because the last couple of times this place has been a big disappointment.

Last Monday, I ordered my very first pizza at Papa John's. I went there in person and ordered from an unfamiliar menu. There was nowhere to wait for the pizza to be prepared and baked. The cost was $20. The pizza was good, albeit the crust was more than a bit dark for my taste. It was good enough that I ordered another one today. This time, the same pizza was $30. I ordered it online. Bizzare, but OK. This time, the pizza was smaller, not fitting in the box, and the edge of the crust was a good 2 inches (significantly fewer ingredients). The inconsistency of price, size, edge size, and the close to burnt crust ... I think this will be my last visit to Papa John's.

"delivery" is more of a suggestion for this location. Carry-out is always fine.
Good pizza. Horrendous customer service. Several people and myself tried to get attention of the staff and were ignored completely. Worst service I’ve EVER experienced. I don’t mind being asked to wait but at least acknowledge someone is asking you a question!

Ordered a pizza for delivery! And hour and 15 minutes later. Still no pizza. Called back only to be told that they had it down for a “pick up”and that they’d remake the pizza and deliver it. Another hour and 40 minutes later it’s now 11:40 at night and still no pizza. Called back again only to have “Trish” be condescending and arrogant. I just asked for a refund and she said it would take up to 5 days. It’s two weeks later and still the money hasn’t been credited back to my account. So basically they steal your money. Don’t order here!!! We ended up getting Taco Bell that night. I’d rather tear my money up and throw it in the trash than give it to these thief’s ever again. Literally spend your money anywhere else.
