made a call ahead at 3pm for 7pm and they delivered at 340pm. I called and was talking the a rude person that said okay okay we will redeliver at 7pm I called back at 710 was told it was 12 minutes away which was fine but by 8 john answered again and then hung up on me and now they won't answer my calls!!!! this place needs to be shut down my 10 yr old could run this place better

I hate when whomever cuts the pizza and see how it looks. Yet still puts it in the box to sell. You can clearly see a slice is missing CHEESE AND PEPPERONI!!

This is the worst Papa John’s I have ever been to. When I entered to pickup up my order 10+ other customers were also waiting. However, there was no one assisting the customer even through there was multiple orders sitting out. I asked the guy in the front if he could read out the done orders but he completely ignored all of us. Customers started walking behind the counter to see if their orders were ready. One DoorDasher even put on an apron and join the crew to try to help them catch up. After people started getting yelled out for checking the boxes to see if theirs was done, they finally started handed out the pizza. Many other people were waiting 30+ mins and 20 of those minutes, the pizza was just sitting out. I understand the store is probably short staff (they had 4-5 people working) but it was a total mad house in there. I will never visit this location again. I would rather go to any other pizza place on that strip.

Regarding the Jungermann location. I love Papa Johns recipe, but unfortunately poor employees and rude managers can ruin your pizza. I was ordering 2-3 pizza's a week in march 2025 and noticed the quality was going down hill fast. It seemed like they just didn't care (not surprised), but i was spending 150$ a week including tips to this location, so to my surprise when i finally called the manager to complain, because the last pizza i ordered wasn't prepared with the right toppings the manager was really rude and hung up the phone.
I usually try to give people a pass on the way they carry themselves, but the drivers at this location are really dirty. This last driver was late on my delivery, so i was watching when he pulled up. When this driver opened his door to his car all kinds of trash poured out of his vehicle on to the street (boxes, cups, Kleenex paper, all kind of stuff). Yuk! he was a slob.
I switched to Stephania's Pizza. The employees are really clean and the Pizza is top quality. Unfortunately the Jungermann Papa Johns location employ people that have no dignity for themselves (you can tell when someone doesn't shower) and obviously could care less about making a pizza.

I try not to complain as I know delivery food is a difficult service but this was a little excessive. I ordered my food well in advance of the delivery time, it was still a half hour late. The pizza.was made incorrectly, missing several ingredients, and to top it off, the delivery guy parked his car IN MY YARD leaving behind a muddy tire track that im going to have to repair in the spring.

Not happy with the doordash co-op. If you're going to forget my soda That should be on you not me. I don't ask me if I can come and get it. I already paid a delivery fee plus tip. If I have to go out and get it, I'll go to DeRienzo's down the street. Which I'll do next time because the last couple of times this place has been a big disappointment.
