I’ve been to this location before and they’ve done this to me THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. I’ve asked to have a certain sauce on the side for my sandwich, and then I asked to have a different size. Now for the 3rd, and final, time, they didn’t include my sauce on the side, AND I ordered a large and they gave me a regular. Again, this happened multiple times. So, although I’m so done with this location, hopefully this helps someone else, just check your order before you leave, and I guess you must yell your order to them so they can hear you right. Very disappointed.

Ok so low high key this spot is a hidden gem. The food is always made to perfectly delicious. Made exactly how I ordered (with every modification remembered) the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Want to personally thank Ricky, Barrett, and Keegan. They are always friendly and the shining example of customer service. This place is 10 outta 10. I highly recommend

I had the most bizarre thing happen at this Penn Station. I ordered online, came by to pick up, and realized I had ordered from another location. Totally my fault, but didn't have time to drive to pick up at the other location. I decided to place a new order (paying twice due to my mistake) and they refused to let me order... literally would not let me order and pay for sandwiches. I thought she assumed i didn't want to pay again, so I clarified of course i would, it was my mistake. She again refused and said there is my general manager, he will confirm our policy. And he did, he refused to let me order!! Crazy situation and sadly we'll never visit this location (right up the street from our house) again.

Never fails, they moved to this spot/kept the old spot by the theater on mid rivers, some of the guys that used to be there moved over to this spot I think “not sure” regardless still my favorite place to get a consistent steak in

I eat at penn station quite frequently but lately the service at this location is beginning to deter me from the chain. I ordered online for a specific time due to me grabbing food on my lunch. Once I arrived, no greeting was provided. I headed to the designated pick up area, the lady behind the counter picked up the phone & instead of placing them on hold to proceed to assist me, she took their entire order when I could visibly see my order was ready. I tried to get her attention - because once again, I am running on a tight lunch shift - she ignored me & continued on with the phone call. After she finally asked me how I could be helped, the order was wrong. Additional time had to be spent for her to correct it. All in all, the friendless - really lack thereof & service at this location is terrible. I keep going back hoping that it’ll be different but maybe that’s on me.Received a response from a manager at this store & no wonder the lady is rude every visit — there’s no accountability. He blamed me for not being patient despite the fact that I was waiting to be assisted when she answered the phone. I get 100% protecting your employee’s, but when they are in the wrong - like in this case - redirect them.
