Order a 2 topping pizza. We received a 1 topping pizza instead. Called to complain and ask for a refund on incorrect items. Employee said they couldn’t refund but give me a store credit or resend correct pizza. I told them it was unacceptable for either those options. Employee proceeded to be rude and make it seem like it was our fault the pizza was wrong. It was also asinine to expect my family to wait for another pizza to be delivered because the first one was incorrect....read full review
I've already had a bad experience here before several months ago decided to place an order for delivery at 10:25 p.m. on the mobile app it said my order would be delivered by 11:11 p.m. was just one medium Pizza at 10:59 the app said my pizza had left the restaurant and would be delivered by 11:11 p.m. and I am only 7 minutes away from the restaurant my pizza did not get here until 11:30 p.m. it was not warm and it was burnt I tried to call the restaurant but nobody picked up...read full review
Waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. Dining room is classic Pizza Hut and they play classic rock. There was even a Pac Man arcade machine!
