I'm not sure why on this visit, I couldn't get a custom order made as requested. The Girl Boss literally gas lighted me when she brought out the goofed pizza. And she threw me out of the restaurant when I complained. That's never happened to me before!
My past visits were wonderful. The regular shift manager always delivered a wonderful creation. When he's working, this is the "Pizza Hut" you should visit.
Cool on the outside, but pure chaos on the inside. I think management and ownership need to maintain their restaurant and take care of their employees. The inside was so depressing. A couple was dining in and I don’t even recall a tv on or any music. On top of this, I showed up on time roughly 30 minutes after I placed the order and I still had to wait 20-25 minutes because they were understaffed. This location was just overall depressing! I went on 1/11/25; the quality of ordering 1 pizza was terrible. The hand tossed was so overcooked and it had the texture as if the pizza was tap danced on and ran over by a truck. You can tell that the pizza had been done for while as well. I enjoy Pizza Hut, this location just needs to do better!

Ordered roasted garlic cheese sticks, but got regular cheese sticks & barely any cheese on them! The pizza was over done & I requested parmesan cheese packets & didn't get them! First time this location has disappointed me

Last 3 orders, they have been missed and or wrong. Last night ordered extra cheese and got extra sauce. Pick up orders had to be replaced upon arrival. We like Pizza Hut but they make it difficult to return.

I ordered the big box, with a all meat pizza & bacon, so the all meat pizza which I paid extra $ for had way too much sauce, hardly any cheese & couldn’t locate but a few pieces of meat. The bacon was over sauced hardly no cheese & no bacon! The breadsticks were tough, the boneless wings were perfect.
The order was not completely ready when I arrived so it was hot! I was just very disappointed in the pizzas & breadsticks!

Horrible. We just entered with my 2 kids,sat down and were told they were "too busy" to serve us. There was only one other family in the dinning room and they had food and were EATING haha. Very rude. Will never come back or eat at any other pizza hut location ever again.
8 family members visited for lunch prior to attending a play in the area. We ordered four pizzas & two wing appetizers. POSITIVES: Pizza's & wings were very good, and served in a timely fashion. NEGATIVES: Every other pizza location we have visited has either a salad bar, or salads on the menu, but not this one. TWO of our party were vegetarians, and planned to eat salads. They did not eat the pizza or wings. They didn't eat anything. Made for a very AWKWARD lunch. In addition, while the pizza's were good, there was FAR too much crust. The pizza "CRUST" was 14", we PAID FOR 14", but the toppings covered about 11". Not going back. BE AWARE of how much bread you're paying for.
Missing a pizza when delivered spoke to the door dash person that pizza hut outsourced my order to he informed me that I had to speak to pizza hut directly.....what a joke spent 45min on the phone calling repeatedly end up at a call center get transfered and they kept hanging up tried the online chat....no with no success... Can no one can contact a store directly anymore this is ridiculous
Ordered a My Hut Box which comes with a 2 topping personal pan pizza. Toppings ordered chicken sausage & mushroom. What I got, pepperoni. I am highly allergic to pork and beef products and can’t eat it. I tried calling twice and after being “transferred” and on hold for 20 minutes finally hung up. Also the breadsticks and other pizza we ordered were overcooked. Don’t waste your money at this location.

Ordered contactless delivery and was disappointed it wasn't delivered to my home. I waited about 30 mins past the estimated time from the app, giving the benefit of the doubt. Then called and got the automated voice message. Dialed correct number only to be told it had been delivered. It was delivered to my neighbors home instead, meanwhile I had my front porch light on for easy delivery.
Maybe it was just a bad night for the driver, I don't know but my first experience getting delivery from this location was lack luster and I hope for better in the future.

I had to give praise to the employees working Friday night, Sept. 27. I went in to pick up my order. I stood there for a few min watching the employees while I was waiting for my order. These employees were busting their butts. The waitress was speed walking back and forth. The guy at the counter was packing orders and handing them out as quickly as possible. And although I couldn't see the cooks, I want to give them a shout out too. My pan pizza may have been the best pizza I've had in 10 years. The new Pizza Hut fries were fantastic. Even though it took a little bit to get my order, I was so highly impressed with the work ethic of these employees, I knew I had to come on here and give them the credit they deserved. Job well done! Thank you!

This was simply a bad customer experience. I ordered a pizza and a drink from the website, the website did not work as intended. I hit the submit order button, it tried to process the order and then the screen refreshed with no updates. I get a text message alert saying my credit card was charged for $37.67 and did not get a confirmation text or email- even though I clicked the button to opt in for that. I call the store, but ended up getting routed to a call center for Pizza Hut… okay… then I politely asked to speak to someone about my order… she says okay, I’m then put on hold for nine minutes… okay, still not that big of a deal. A young lady answers the phone and I can hear her asking, presumably a manager, my questions and he’s telling her what to say. I explain the situation, and they told me I must have sent it to the wrong store, I confirmed the store number from my credit card charge, she confirms that’s her store number and then I confirm her stores address from the still open order screen in my phone in my hands…. and she again confirms that is accurate. Website didn’t send the order to the wrong store, it just didn’t send the order at all. I’m not sure why the store attempted to route the issue somewhere else and put the onus on me try to track it down, and I’m really not sure why I wasn’t simply offered to take an order over the phone and get the issue fixed right then and there- I wasn’t looking or even hoping for something free or discounted here, just looking to order a pizza for my family for Sunday night dinner. Long story short- I ended up ordered from Papa John’s, same order, same everything and it was $5.00 cheaper and their website worked.
Pizza was hot, and our server was sweet as pie. However the guy behind the counter was rude and got into an altercation with another patron. Half the dining rooms lights were out. Felt dingy not like the Pizza Hut of yesteryear. . Probably will just do take out next time.
